Honestly, it’s Pizza Hut. Pizza can be a hit or miss. BUT Bryan, the manager always has amazing customer service and tries to make things right. I’m sure he doesn’t want to spend his time fixing door dashes mistakes, but he does. A few months ago, door dash forgot my drinks, and I have a medical issue where I can’t eat pizza without something carbonated so it doesn’t get stuck (I didn’t tell Bryan this but no questions asked, he sent someone with my drinks)
Today- I had a horrible day at work. On top of finding out about a family death. All I wanted was garlic dipping sauce and cheese stuff crust. My sweet husband ordered to have it delivered when I got home. He forgot to order garlic sauce, I called to get it added. They said they couldn’t because it’s through door dash. I offered to pay cash when got here and still no. I said thank you and hung up. I started crying over sauce because that’s the week I’ve had. Read moreI'd like to update this review. There are a lot of positive reviews here that are obviously left by (or on behest of) corporate and should be removed from Google. Pizza hut is, at best, mediocre convenience food and no one is going to rush home and leave glowing 5 star ratings for it. This particular location has apparently had health code violations going back a couple of years (according to the staff). So, these enthusiastic reviews are obviously fake.

Just ordered a pizza around 4:00 pm on 23 August 2023. As I was eating slice I noticed a topping on the pizza moving. There was a roach in/on the pizza. Also put on hold for quite awhile trying to reach the store about the issue. They said I was the first to complain about roaches in the pizza in two years. Nice.

They people who gave me my food had forgotten to give me my wings and I noticed once I got home and then I called them to ask them to deliver my wings to me, for it was their fault and mistake. The manager was on the phone and handled the situation poorly. First of all she had me on hold for at least 15 minutes before anyone even toke the phone and then when someone finally picked up the phone I was placed on hold again for another 10 minutes. The manager finally got on the phone and she was very very rude. We had given her a address to deliver the wings to my home, but she never sent a driver to deliver the wings, so I paid money for something I never ended up getting. POOR SERVICE...
