Brevard Health Alliance- Extended hours Pediatric Clinic — Local services in Rockledge

Took our toddler here after a neighbor’s dog made a scratch on her nose, as a precaution. The front desk got us signed in and seen right away (that’s why they get the second star). But when the dr came in everything changed. She found out that we didn’t want our child vaccinated and things took a turn. She didn’t introduce herself she was only concerned about getting her paper signed and getting a picture for her ‘file’ after that she stood across the room with her arms crossed saying we needed to go to the ER… the worst bedside manner I’ve ever seen and this is from a pediatric ‘doctor’. I really wish we could’ve gone to our normal pediatric doctor. But we wanted to get our little one some antibiotics and this was a very small emergency. Unless you are pro vaccines I would steer clear of this place. They aren’t sensitive to your personal concerns. They were fast I’ll give them that but the dr made my blood boil. We won’t...

I had a wonderful experience as a new patient walk-in for my toddler. The place was clean and the entire staff was friendly.

What made me most impressed was the attention the provider gave us during the appointment. She seemed genuine and mentally present. I didn’t expect to be seen so quickly and it was a huge relief and pleasure to spend more time with the doctor than in the waiting room.

I also found it hugely convenient that many services are all in one location. The pharmacy was right in the waiting room and filled the RX in what felt like 5 minutes!

I will definitely be returning and intend on switching primary care services to this location.
