Just making this review for other mothers. Someone has to have our backs if not just us right? I made it clear we had the most traumatic experience at Magic Dental when making the appointment. Made clear I had 2 young children and was NOT leaving them alone during the apt. She assured me this wouldn't be an issue. When I get there I fill out 2 BOOKs of paperwork (nothing can be done online so get there 30 early) they finally get us back an hour after apt time. Take xrays of my daughters teeth several times(shes 6) then another nurse goes out and calls my son... I'm like he's right here (hes 3) she proceeds to walk to the back of the office... I'm like mam my daughter is here I'm not leaving her. She rolls her eyes in annoyance. I say I'm sorry I was clear on the phone I had 2 children and their ages and I wasn't leaving them alone. So she says we can wait for my daughter to finish! Ok 🤷‍♀️ then this poor woman walking out with her 5 year old to her apt is being ask to reschedule bc she doesn't have anyone to watch her son while she xrays. She ask if he can wait right outside the door nurse says no we will have to reschedule when you have a sitter.... I offered the woman to watch him for the 2 min for the xray! Bc they weren't any type of help. After the dr comes in and tells me my daughter needs a filling and sealant and proceeds to reschedule her. I ask if she was getting a cleaning she said no thats a different apt.... my 3 year old couldnt get xrays or cleaning... so I wasted my whole morning for nothing. The women that made the apt could have let me know this was just an exam or whatever their policy is as I've never been anywhere that takes 3 apt for 1 visit. As I'm sure this is a way to make more money. Everyone was rude and hateful. I literally was just called and they canceled my daughters apt next week for her filling(that I wasnt going to go to anyways) and was hung up on. I didnt cause a seen, i didnt yell cuss or pitch a fit. I simply ask the dentist to teach her staff to be more clear with parents instead of wasting their time... SO apparently they cant take constructive criticism and if you have an opinion they will refuse to see you in the...

This is my second time going to this place. The staff is usually very nice and friendly, but the doctors make me feel like they rather not deal with me because I have AmeriGroup, which they take. My first experience with first doctor was just horrible. She walks in and just plops herself on her little round stool and leans back against the wall all slouch over and asks me what is going on. I proceed to tell her my symptoms and she sitting with her mouth all open, kind of sighing like she doesn’t care. Needless to say I didn’t go back and that was about a year ago or so. Now I went back in today because I have been really sick the last four days and made two trips to the ER to Viera Hospital. My wife convinces me to go back because it’s a new staff she says. I accept, and she made me an appointment. I walk in and meet with Dr. Jabonite. The nurse Misha told me she was nice, yeah, maybe to her staff. This lady was rude quick and acted like she wanted to do the minimal work on me. I told her it seemed like she was in a rush. Her response: “That just me.”, with a damn attitude. Not once did she ask me about my family history. Then she tried to tell me that Viera Hospital already did my labs and when I told her not one person drew blood both times I went and that they were lying, she made this disgusted face like she didn’t believe. She proceeds to argue with me and she realized she was wrong when she actually slowed down and actually read my records and realized that it was a urine sample. Like she wanted to prove me wrong. How in God’s name do you get those two confused? That shows you how fast she was going. I’m sick as a dog with fevers ranging fron 101 to 103. Viera hospital determined that I have Bronchitis and a sinus infection. Flu results came back negative and went and got an HIV test because I was over due. Also came back negative. She knows this and schedules me to come back in a MONTH! Seriously! Yeah, I’m done with that place. Oh and I forgot to mention tha Lisa Rose is supposed to be my primary care doctor and I still haven’t...

Normally I would give this place five stars because I truly do appreciate the doctors and the convenience of having walk in hours, However I have begun to believe that this office really does not prioritize safety and sanitation whatsoever. Every single time you walk into this office without fail, You will walk out with a virus or sickness that you did not have before. And I’m not joking when I say that this is every single time, To the point where when my kids are sick or need to be seen I am absolutely dreading coming here because I know they will be even more sick in a couple days after leaving. I’m not sure if this is because the waiting room isn’t being sanitized frequently or even at all Or if it’s the individual rooms or what it could be but it’s gotten out of hand. Brought my two year-old to have her checked 3 days ago , today she is burning up with a fever. And it’s not because we are sitting next to other sick patients in the waiting room, it was empty… it’s quite literally because even being in that room is spreading sickness. I fully understand that it is sick season and it’s hard to keep up but something needs to be done in that office to prioritize the safety of their patients even if that means implementing some sort of new policy to sanitize the rooms and waiting rooms more often throughout the day. I also just wanted to add that my example about my daughter being sick a few days after her last visit was one of probably 10 different instances this has happened throughout the year where we go , a couple days later we are sick as...
