Worst restaurant in Rocklin.
A few weeks ago, we placed our order online so that we could pick our food up to take home. The online ordering system was good - easy to order and make changes to the standard menu. I picked up our order and although it wasn't ready when promised, the server helping us was great. Nice. Friendly.
When I got our food home, one of the burgers wasn't made correctly. I double checked my receipt and it clearly said "no ranch". But both sides of the burger were coated in ranch.
No big deal. Mistakes happen. Except when you order from Moo Moos. I called the store and ended up speaking to the same server who gave me my food - he remembered me. He apologized for the mistake but when I asked for a refund or a replacement, he told me I needed to speak to the manager. Okay fine. This is where it goes downhill. The manager of the restaurant accused me of lying - that I'd he couldn't see the burger, it wasn't true. I volunteered to take a picture of the burger and send it to him but he basically told me that if I wanted a refund, I needed to contact DoorDash.
Ummm- I didn't order through DoorDash. I ordered through their website.
As it turns out their website is managed by DoorDash. All I ever wanted was either my money for that burger refunded or the offer of getting a replacement. He was not willing to do either. The manager was very combative and rude to me. I explained to him that I understood mistakes happened, that I wasn't lying, and I had my copy of the receipt which shows that I ordered it correctly. But I did not order through DoorDash and that I came in to pick up my food and that even his server remembered me and my order. I explained to him if he wasn't willing to either replace my food or refund my money for the mistake, he would leave me no choice to leave bad reviews online as I had no other recourse. He became even more upset and told me that he would not refund my money and that I needed to contact DoorDash ... which is absolutely ridiculous.
I did contact DoorDash and they also found this to be a ridiculous situation. They do offer a service for restaurants to use their online ordering system for pick up but the money did not come through DoorDash. They cannot refund my money. But they did offer to contact him on my behalf.
Within one hour, I received a phone call from the manager at moo moos apologizing to me and promising to refund my money. It has now been three weeks and I still have not been refunded and I will never again recommend this business. Truth be told, this restaurant has failed the previous three times I have been there - with either poor service in the restaurant or cold food.
Stay far away from their overpriced burgers, Kraft macaroni and cheese, and under done chicken sandwiches. If you want to spend $14 on a burger, there are plenty of other places in Rocklin that will do a much better job than moo moo's...

Let's start with the star of the show—their pineapple milkshake. Oh boy, was it a true delight! The creamy texture combined with the refreshing tang of pineapple created a perfect balance of flavors. It was like sipping on a tropical paradise in a glass. I couldn't get enough of it! If you're a fan of milkshakes, do yourself a favor and give this one a try. You won't be disappointed!
In addition to the delicious milkshake, I must commend the excellent service provided by Calvin. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. His attentiveness throughout my visit was commendable, as he went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience was enjoyable. Kudos to Calvin for his exceptional service!
Moo Moo's Burger Barn boasts a menu that is sure to satisfy any burger lover. Although I didn't get the chance to try them all during my visit, I'm eagerly looking forward to returning to explore the other tempting items on their menu. With such a positive experience, I have no doubt that the rest of their offerings will be equally delicious and satisfying.

{edit} I just noticed the owners response, which indicated I wasn’t reasonable. I called to let the restaurant know about the issue, Ramsi first explained it was the food to you driver until I explained we picked up the meal directly from the restaurant. His tone changed, kept raised his voice talking over me saying there is no way that happened. I’m confused to why all of the other pickles were cut, this was the only “broken pickle” happens to look exactly like a bite has been taken out. I didn’t ask for a refund or a new meal, just called to let them know there is an issue. There wasn’t a comment on the two pieces of meat for the French dip, the picture speaks for itself.
Last time I visited I ordered our food and waited. A meal went out on a food to you menu and the kitchen started yelling and swearing at each other the wrong order went out, they sent the order with a customer in the store so two wrong orders sent.
