I worked customer service for years, even moving up to management after a while. I always try to be as patient as possible because I understand the struggle. What I experienced at this location was beyond infuriating. I walked in and there were three other customers inside. I ordered and waited and waited. I watched the one guy working move RIDICULOUSLY SLOW as the few orders piled up (you could see the tickets). He served two people who ordered after me and didnāt even check with me or have remotely any sense of urgency. After just about 30 minutes, I watched him make my drink, stare at it for a few seconds, and then start to make it again. No problem, I get that itās a learning process. However, he comes up to me and says they do not have regular boba anymore. Mind you, I am now the only one in the store. I switch the toppings and continue to wait. I ordered a brown sugar matcha milk tea. When he hands me my drink, it is PURE white. I ask if thereās matcha in the drink, kid says yes I just need to shake it up. I ask if heās sure, and he said āyeah.ā I was running a tad bit late to an event but it wasnāt that big of a deal. As iām heading out i realize itās just straight milk, literally almost a $9 sweetened milk. I call the store and explain the situation, the same kid picks up the phone and continues to respond with an unprofessional tone. I politely explain the issue and ask about getting a refund. The worker asks his manager, said they will refund me. OVER A WEEK went by and nothing. I call again, I speak with a super sweet girl. She handled everything perfectly and called me back to say that the manager initiated the refund. Not only was I just straight up lied to about my drink, the refund didnāt even happen the first time ššš

Ā Ā Ā Read moreExtremely unimpressed today. They left a poor new girl alone by herself, and before 5 PM they were out of most items, the girl kept walking away while taking our order. She was sweet, but very inefficient, and I felt bad they left her alone. She couldnāt even count my change correctly. I watched people walk out while there. It was so hard to hear her talking. Our food came out sloppy, the matsubi was thrown together, but by time it came out I had already been there for over 40 min just trying to place the order and wait for it, so I didnāt have time for it to be remade nor did they have the ingredients that day anyways. This is pretty constant for this location, although they have a few people who are good most are left alone to train themselves. I donāt frequent this place much anymore...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered a large coffe milk tea with extra boba and there was no extra boba and half of my cup was filled with ice I came back asked for a re fill and they gave me a bad attitude and made my drink again and it was a dirty cup and the boba tasted disgusting and like plastic and the drink tasted watery so I went home and I had food poisoning from the boba and I had extremely bad diarrhea. What a waste of 8$ I want...
