I came and order a venti ice coffee with white Mocha. First off when I got to the speaker there was no greet for like a minute very bad service. And when they came on they even told me to wait for a little more bit. I had order my drink exactly like how I order it. Came to the window and they were just chatting with a drive thru person I thought that the drive thru person might be waiting for another drink but nope she was just chatting with the employees especially thru the drive very inappropriate. When i pull up to the window they hand my drink in a small cup and looks like there is not white mocha in there. I told the lady on the drive thru that the drink was made wrong she took it back to fix and seem like that just put the same drink into a different cup. Brought it back to me I taste it I was like I don't think this is white mocha she say it is. So I didn't want to make an argument so I just drove off. Now I live about 35 minute away and was really tired I order 3 shots with 2 pump of white mocha. After I fi ish the drink I was having allergic reaction and the shots was really diluted It was not helping me with my drive home. I was fallen asleep and spitting alot. When I got home my stomach started to hurt a lot. Now this is something that needs to be fix I have never experience a Starbuck like this before and who ever made that drink shouldn't even be working in a food place.please fix this problem I dont want to go...
Read moreThis was honestly the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a hot drink at the drive-thru, but when I took a sip, it was basically cold. Like, not even warm just cold. So, I went inside to let them know, thinking they’d fix it like every other Starbucks usually does. But no, the employees were unhelpful, and when I asked to speak to the manager, the white manager, she was super rude and dismissive. I told her the drink wasn’t hot, and she just argued with me, saying, “You ordered hot, so this is hot.” Girl, no, it was barely warm. I asked for a replacement or even a refund, but she straight-up refused to do anything about it. At other Starbucks locations, they always remake your drink or at least try to make it right. But here? Nothing. The customer service was beyond bad, and the attitude was even worse. This is not how you treat your customers. Super disappointing, and I won’t be coming back to this...
Read moreI never comment or review, but felt this necessary. This is a great example of "tipping culture" gone wrong. Went to the drive-thru, got a couple drinks, went to tap my card, $1/drink tip. No thank you, no smile, no nothing. The same is generally the case when going inside. To the owner/operator: I spent a number of years in restaurant management, and though I'm sure the ladies inside know they will be tipped because it's a post-covid tipping world, this is unacceptable. At the very least, warnings and additional training is 100%warranted here. If you care to read your reviews, it's right in front of you. Not that I make a difference, but I'll be switching to 100% cash for this place, and I hope more will...
