I come here all the time and today I came in for a drink before work. It was 8am and I had expected it to be busy, and so I patiently waited in line until my turn. As the person before me was making their order with one of the employees, another basically stomped to the front to take my order. I had politely asked for whatever I wanted to drink, yet the employee taking my order was rude enough to yell at me saying that she couldn't hear what I was saying. The store wasn't that busy and it wasn't that loud for anyone to have to speak up that much. No one else did. I repeat my order and for the second time she misunderstood what I said and I had to correct her, again. She rushed taking my order and I didn't even have the chance to mention I wanted soy milk instead of the regular, until the other employee moved over to register my order on the cash register. When she rushed to make my drink, she ran around as if the ground was on fire and she basically slammed the equipment. Again, it wasn't that busy for her to run around like a machine in overdrive. I've worked at a cafe before having to serve up to 200 guests at the same time and I understand you want to help customers as quickly as possible but doing it with a bad attitude isn't going to help and it was only off-putting. Read moreAfter class my friend and I decided to get our daily Starbucks and ordered one strawberry acai lemonade refresher (grande) and another one but blended. Everything was good and then our order was ready, however, we noticed that the acai was missing the lemonade and as I went to ask for help I got side eyed and the girl walked away which is fine I understand she could’ve been busy but still. Then after a minute we got approached and I explained how there was no lemonade in one and she took both drinks back and then after handed it to us and said “here you go”. She was not apologetic nor giving us the time of day which I didn’t appreciate as I’m normally really understanding. Then we got it back but I know there was no lemonade still so it did not get fixed. As a person who also works in the food industry I know that it’s not that hard to be nice and treat people with care, this type of treatment makes me not want to go to this particular Starbucks again, I’m very disappointed...

Made something completely different, that's ok mistake happens and I was completely understanding until when I went back to tell them they were very rudely threw my drink in the garbage, mind you this was at least 15 minutes waste of my time. The girl didn't say sorry didn't say a word and when my drink was ready no one told me it was ready it was just sitting on the counter... She didn't ask my name and this is a busy place so I wasn't going to grab someone else drink .over all there was absolutely no excuse for this .
