Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Rocklin

So I’ve been waiting a couple years to make this review and finally can no longer give them the benefit of the doubt.

Being that we as a family have bought probably 1000 or more dollars in pizza over the years this place fails and the final straw was when the manager yelled at my elderly mother over the phone when they made her order incorrectly. When confronted denied it even though I heard and recorded the conversation through speaker phone. Prior to this incident we have gotten orders given to us completely incorrectly made, not fresh, often warm not hot, and incorrect amounts of ingredient ratio and their dough is never cooked correctly. I worked at and have friend that have worked at other locations and have come to the conclusion they are cutting corners to make cheap pizza cheaper and changing quality for quantity and lack of service for their regular customers. This location has changed ownership before according to little Caesars franchise service and complaint hotline. And still the food never improves and seems to be getting worse. Order few hours before my pick up time on the app. At my estimated pick up time my order was not even in the oven. That is when I first time ordered. So, I gave them another chance. Next time I got the order but the person that was working there was very rude ans snappy. When I wanted just to check my pizza before I left the building he wouldsay not to open it. Sure enough when I already left the building and opened my pizza , I got the worst pizza I have ever had. It was burned and dry. Attached picture, see for yourself. I would not go to this place ever again. I recommend another location for a customer even if it takes longer to drive. This people don't deserve your business. Some maybe lucky to get pizza there, but I sat even the first time it was not that good. I made my decision to never go there again but shop elsewhere. Hope it...

Placed an order on their app and when my son went to pick it up they said they had no order for my name or the code for their portal. My bank had already been charged and the employee said I had to wait until the next day to get it fixed. But they told my son a door dasher had already picked it up. And I ordered it for pick up. So we received two different stories either way they were going to make us wait until the next day. This location is very unprofessional. We went in one night and a female employee was throwing things and cussing because it was so busy and she was overwhelmed. I am not sure if management or even the owner is aware of this but I hope they see this and address the issues for the next person. I however will never order from this...
