Subway — Restaurant in Rocklin

This is the only Subway I will ever go to, and for one reason: Bobby! I was not only impressed by the delicious sandwiches they offer but also by the OUTSTANDING customer service provided by him. From the moment I walked in, Bobby greeted me with a warm smile and went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic experience. His friendly demeanor and GENUINE happiness in serving customers TRULY stood out. Bobby's dedication to making my visit memorable is a testament to the EXCEPTIONAL service that this Subway store consistently delivers. Like I said this will be the ONLY Subway I will ever go to for my meatball sub, specifically because of him and his positivity! Thanks to Bobby and the entire team for making my meal an enjoyable one after I passed the MSF course! Best location for subway. Been eat Subway since 6 yeas old. I can’t honestly tell you because I’m a skinny guy and don’t eat much that their portions are small and definitely not what is advertised or use to be. 12” meatballs subs have less meat than a 6” back in the day. You guys know I’m telling the truth. 6 meatballs if your lucky on a foot long is what use to be a 6” sandwich. You definitely don’t get what you pay for no amount of topping will change that and at the end me of the day subway is a rip off now. Chipotle chic flia in and out are only options maybe Jersey mikes. Bobby is great but subway needs to produce what they advertised it’s false and over priced for what you get for. I came in today purchased a sandwich drink and chips, was skimped out of meat and avocado so I asked kindly for more. At ring out they overcharged me for everything. I stated to my friend that she gave me so little avacodo and all I did was ask for a little more. Hispanic younger girl with curly hair and face piercing started yelling over the counter and talking at me and my friend when I never said anything directly to her or about her to begin with literally yelling and talking at me until I walked out. So unprofessional. Really saddening behavior. I no this is not how Subway brands carry themselves so I suggest the manager roll the camera back and take control of what happened today. Really unacceptable behavior....
