Subway — Restaurant in Rocklin

Went to get the # 12 that comes with fresh mozzarella not deli mozzarella it is extra if you order on other sandwiches . I was the only one in there with the sandwich maker. I seriously could not understand one word she said or asked me ! She had earbuds in and was talking to someone while making my sandwich but she put mozzarella deli style on my sandwich instead of fresh mozzarella which makes the whole sandwich . Sadly I didn’t notice until I left and was not about to go back in and try and communicate . Asked for a footlong choc chip cookie she said $5 I said yes I know then didn’t get one for me . I gave up ! Won’t go back super frustrating when you can’t communicate and for how much a sandwich costs at subway it was poor customer service . Not to mention she lost out on the...

I wouldn't recommened this Subway. They are stingy with their food here. I ordered a foot long sandwich for pick up. When I got home and opened up my sandwich, it was very small and light! It was 80% of the bread and 20% of meat/veges. I felt like I was eating the bread with a hint of veges/steak. I wish I had taken a picture of it before I ate it. Unforuntately, I was running late for work and in a hurry. I quickly ate my meal (and still hungry) and went to work. Absolutely amazing service. Super friendly and the sandwich was perfect. The young man behind the counter was extremely welcoming and happy. I watched a lady come in with her walker, the other man at the counter asked if she wanted her normal, she did….she went down the line and paid then went to a table and sat down….when the sandwich was ready, he walked it from behind the counter over and placed it in front of her with a huge smile and asked if she needed anything else.
