I’m not super mad about my experience I honestly just feel bad, but I still feel I need to bring it to attention.
At 1st I was waiting at the speaker for them to let me know when they were ready becus it’d be rude if I just started talking w/o hearing if they were ready or not. But I waited for a long time up until the line of cars in front of me were done getting their orders & there was a long line behind me. I figured they were just busy but the lady was just like “are you ready to order?” It seemed like they were waiting for me to just start ordering? Usually they start out with a hi or what can I get started for you or let the customer kno they’ll help them in a sec. Since that’s happened in the past where I say my order & then the worker says wait one moment, no big deal. I don’t want to assume the girl was purposely doing a waiting game but that’s what it seemed like when I was just tryna be considerate since I know how customers are. U can see us, we can’t see u, so we have no idea if ur busy working or just waiting & not saying anything.
Not only that but I asked for baja blast freezes & the girl said they didn’t have any so I asked what other flavors they had & she said strawberry & raspberry. So I ordered one strawberry & one raspberry freeze. When I got to the window the guy tells me they don’t have raspberry either & that they “tried making this” & handed me a mixed strawberry, green, & cream freeze. Looked like they tried doing the Baja but it didn’t work & that’s fine I appreciate they tried. I can understand it being stressful that the freeze machine wasn’t working, I told them it was ok & just took the Frankenstein freezes lol. But it would have been nice if they just didn’t have me pay for something I didn’t even order or at least ask me if I would like a regular drink instead. I would have preferred a regular drink at that point. I’m also confused on how they didn’t know the raspberry wasn’t working either at the speaker? I didn’t ask for cream in the freezes also, I feel bad cus the person I got it for is lactose intolerant, they still drank it but had to go bathroom after😭 I appreciate they tried to make some sort of freeze but at that point don’t have me pay for it lmao. Thank god it happened to me instead of a crazy customer becus I too have worked in food service & customers would have flipped out at me if that had happened. Hopefully they know at the speaker next time what freeze flavors they actually have? Maybe don’t just give a random freeze flavor & ask at the window what they would prefer? Lol I honestly just feel bad for them, & my friends...
Read moreLooking for a little Rocklin adventure? This location is for you! The tables are usually all dirty but the place itself is clean overall. The staff is super friendly, helpful and fun to be around. That is a good thing because your food order is where the adventure begins!
Order whatever you want! It really doesn't matter because there is only a 50/50 chance that it will be in the bag and another 50/50 chance that it is made properly.
When you get your order.... surprise! It could be anything in that bag! Some of what you ordered will be there but there will things you didn't order in there too! I guess that is to make up for what they forgot. ;) The added bonus....nothing is labeled right! It might be circled bean burrito on the outside but once you open it.....BAM! Beefy 5 layer instead! They are also very creative and add sauces and ingredients that don't normally come on the item and you don't even have to ask! Why is that power burrito suddenly like lava? Surprise! They added creamy jalapeno sauce at no charge or request! I've never had the cheesy potato griller made the same way twice. One time, there was only 4 potatoes in it but they made up for that by adding lots of sauces!
If you are super lucky, they will accidentally give your order to someone else in the drive thru and remake a surprise bag for you! Don't worry, they will give you a water cup or maybe even a soda cup while you wait.
Whatever food you do get is pretty good 80% of the time (when it isn't too spicy to eat). If you like adventures, this...
Read moreHaving worked at a Taco Bell for 3 years, I have developed a very low expectation for any of the chain's stores. I have observed enough of lazy attitude at my job and made (a rather safe) assumptions that all Taco Bells are the same. I couldn't be forced to go eat out at a Taco Bell because I just knew it wouldn't be good. From service to food prep, I always thought all Taco Bells sucks. Yesterday was the first time I willingly decided to give it a chance. That was only because this store has an unusually high rating. 4.1 stars is very high for a Taco Bell. Needless to say, they got themselves a consistent customer. From placing the order, to payment, to receiving my food and eating it, everything was nothing short of excellent. I think I spent under 3 minutes in the drive through. These guys work swiftly and efficiently. This Taco Bell is definitely on a different level, and I'm really glad to discover it. I love Taco Bell food but never trusted any store to serve me right. I hope this store continues their efforts and I hope more people will acknowledge their outstanding work! So glad that a great Taco Bell store like this is just 5 minutes away...
