I placed an order of enchiladas, tamales, rice, beans, and salsa for 10-12 people today. The woman (Amanda I think) that answered the phone was very friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure they were able to fulfill my order and have it ready in time (a few hours later). I arrived at the restaurant at the specified time and they were finishing up the order. Amanda said I could back up to the front of restaurant and she would load the car. I was a little nervous about getting enchilada sauce in the trunk but the foil containers and lids kept everything secure. Not a drop in the trunk! I was very pleased with all of the food. Everything tasted very fresh, enchiladas had plenty of meat, cheese, and red sauce. Rice was fluffy and flavorful; beans were also tasty. The chips and salsa were very fresh. Added bonus: Amanda provided a mild salsa along with the spicier one in case someone wanted mild. Nice touch! I am so thankful that El Mariachi was able to help me out today. The food was delicious, filling, and made for a stress-free dinner. Looking forward to leftovers tomorrow! I will not hesitate to call El Mariachi in the future. Thank you again for excellent food...
Read moreThe food here is really good. One of the best burritos I’ve had in years. Unfortunately, they are WAY overpriced. The other thing I don’t like is if you order your food to go, you don’t get chips. If you eat there, you get 1 basket of chips for the table. Last time I was there, there were a group of co-workers, they all ordered separately and paid separately but since they all sat at one table they refused to give them more than 1 basket of chips. I just feel like they are stingy and if I’m paying almost $12 for a burrito, you should give me some damn chips! Also, I’ve been here several times and I’ve never had an employee that was friendly. They argue with customers and it makes you feel quite uncomfortable. I know I’ll go back because the food is really good but not nearly as often as I would if they weren’t so...
Read moreService was great. However, the torta' s were nothing like we've tried before! The asada in it my husband said was very tasty and they gave alot but that os all they gave him, no cheese, no, lettuce, ets, nothing! He couldn't even eat it. The chicken one I had, had barely anything in it either, the bread fell apart for both and it was no longer a sandwhich, we were in need of a fork.the chicken had good flavoring as well. Needles to say, we are very disappointed, especially in the amount we paid. For 2 of those and 2 drinks, $35, crazy! We didnt even eat them. The worst 35 we have spent in a long time. Maybe their other dood is good but yikes! I honestly think if they would have added wverything a tortahas,it would ha e been good, but the bread didnt even hold up with...
