Update to older review: today (Tuesday Aug 24th 2021 at 10:45am) my wife and I went in to get something to eat. We wanted to try the new Bo-sandwich.
The drive-thru was busy but no one inside. There were 4 or so employees working.
We made our orders and waited and while we were waiting we noticed how tired the staff looked. I didn't want to be nosy but had to ask a couple of the ladies at the counter if they were working long hours to which they replied "yes". Pur heartstrings got pulled as we realized they were working many hours due to being short staffed from the 'rona virus, probably.
They were working hard and pushing orders out as efficiently as they could. We took our orders and I thanked them for being there and providing a service for us. I wish I could have given them a big tip.
Whoever the manager was that was there that day, please thank your crew for us again (and thank YOU also), and please take care of them.
By the way, the "Bo" chicken sandwich was cooked fresh and delicious. Thanks for having us as guests.
5 star recommend.
(Previous review) This is your average Bojangles as far as food selection, quality and price go. There are several Bojangles within a 20 mile radius and they all are basically the same: walk-up counter, biscuit menu, standard greasy breakfast fare, which is not a complaint, it just is what it is.
I enjoy the steak, egg and cheese biscuit. I can't eat one every day but they are delicious.
This particular Bojangles in Rockmart is always well staffed, clean, and relatively fast. Tea is usually fresh which is a plus. Staff is always friendly. I eat here twice a month or so....
Read moreAbsolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a BoJangles. I was so disappointed in the way I was treated today along with other customers. I understand being short staffed but this crew did not care if anyone got their food. It wasn’t very busy. In fact there was only one customer in the whole place ahead of me and they we kind enough to let us go ahead of them. I placed my order 1 biscuit combo and a 12 piece family meal. After I placed my order other customers soon arrived afterwards. They would take order after order and leave food waiting to be packed. Just sitting there. After I waited over 25 minutes for my food I asked for refund and the crew member with long braided extensions snapped at me yelling “your food is ready!” but it wasn’t. She wouldn’t give me a refund. She continued at a snails pace (intentionally I might add). And took another what seemed like an eternity to finish putting some fries into a bag and pack my box. She would intentionally take long pauses between packing the items. This person has no business working in “fast” food. The entire crew was disorganized and bickering amongst themselves. The other folks waiting were pretty upset too. Please send someone from corporate to this location for some re-training and lessons in customer service and maybe some drug testing. There’s something really wrong at this location. Definitely not up to the standards I’m used to...
Read moreI usually love eating at Bojangles, but this location in particular is changing my mindset on that opinion. I always love them mainly for having soft and delicious biscuits. I've gone to this location a few times since moving here and have yet to be satisfied with my food ((will not be going back to this location)) because my biscuit is always so hard and over cooked. I even go as far as to tell them when ordering that I'd like a light biscuit. You see in the picture how "light" it was. I've made a mistake of getting a sweet potato pie from here and I couldn't even eat it because it was so hard. I wish I would've taken a picture that day but I was giving them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe they just had over cooked these today. The bo rounds are usually half cooked as well but surprisingly this time in the pic they were about perfectly cooked, so no complaints on those from this last visit. But since they can't seem to be able to figure out how to successfully cook biscuits then I don't plan on visiting again and I warn others to be prepared for a very...
