Culver’s — Restaurant in Rockmart

The food was good when I went Sunday night, but the wait was a bit. I feel bad for the manager, the redhead, I assume. I believe she seemed to be one of the only people taking things seriously, trying to make things efficient while there were a few of the workers just going at a sloths pace chit chatting with the drive-thru real busy, and there was a few people coming in with missing items or a wrong order.

I probably would not have a person at the register inside taking orders that can't speak english very well not asking me about each burger what I wanted on it that I ordered, and then one girl with tattoos not putting the ticket up for another burger I got after for a different order also to go waiting way too long for just the burger itself with my custard half melted.

The manager herself brought me my burger she was nice and doing too much herself, but the workers in the front who weren't cooking didn't seem to taking things as seriously as they should, and some even ordered food before they left with actual customers who came inside waiting.

I will say the food was good, my large custard should have been filled to the top of the cup though it didn't feel worth the price what I got, and that the Kennesaw, GA location I've been to a few times is a lot faster. It was odd that there was no one inside eating, at least from what I saw an hour and a half before...

Talk about the BEST customer service experience!! I had the cod sandwich with extra mayo meal and the flavor of the day custard. Everything was fantastic! My husband had the deluxe with grilled onions and it came back with raw and we told them and just like that, they had his cooked and it was delicious! He didn't have to wait long at all and people will make mistakes , we are all human and they did just open up this week. I noticed the drive through lines were packed and so was inside but it was still all delicious and for us, it was worth it! My brother said he's came here three times already since opening day and said they nailed it every time. They also give a senior and military discount. The restaurant stayed cleaned and the restroom throughout too! We really didn't mind if our order was wrong by an item seriously because the food is delicious and the service is just top notch!! We'll be eating here everyday if we can! Btw, there was no wait for a table, only the lines were a little long but like I said, WORTH IT! We love it here and we're just so happy that this little town finally got something...

I am shocked that this place has so many supporters!! We went for the first time today and will never waste another dollar there!!! The food was terrible and not at all worth $40!!!! My Reuben didn't have any sauce on it and was extremely greasy and just tasted gross!!!! My granddaughters chicken nuggets were rubbery and not edible. My daughter had the fish sandwich and the fish was tiny compared to the bun. The fries were just ok. The cheese curds weren't good. This was by far a disappointing meal in so many ways!!!
