Subway — Restaurant in Beloit

I specifically told them not to toast my sandwich, and they did just that, I got work and bit into the sandwich and it was hard, and chewy, yuck. So I called them to let them know what happened, and I was told that I would have to come back right then and there, to get my replacement, the other part is, I would have to bring back the original sandwich with me. First off it was your mistake, second off, with gas being $4.00 a gallon right now, I'm not wasting gas to go back today when I'm already at work, this was supposed to be my lunch, and I can't leave work for a replacement sandwich. I will not be stopping at that store ever again. The messed part is, I loved that store. The convenience and everything about it, friendly staff. With that being said, I will find another Subway to stop at from now on. Just a reminder, make sure your sandwich is absolutely perfect before leaving the store, if not, you will literally have to eat the $14.00 that you just paid for...

If I could give this a zero star, I would. I visited this restaurant in the morning and upon arrival, the ONE person behind the register was on the phone. I thought it may have been a call relating to his job, but I was wrong. This man had me waiting for 10 minutes for him to get off the phone with his internet service provider who was helping him set up his internet service. Ridiculous! After that, I wasn't even able to order my sandwiches because he didn't have any bread because he wasn't able to open the store properly due to being stuck on a PERSONAL call, since he opened.

I came through here recently while on a working vacation with my boyfriend. I basically just went to get 2 cookies and a large diet Coke ay the soda 🥤 fountain. The drinks are a bit on the expensive side. 2.89 for a large plus 2.00 plus for 2 white chocolate chip macadamia cookies. The clerk was nice. I also took the time to use the restroom. It was clean and had t.p. and the proper amount of soap. So, we ended up eating at a sit down resteraunt instead that evening. But, I like the fact that you can still serve yourself drinks here. But they...
