Express Gourmet — Restaurant in Rockville

I only get a breakfast sandwich and hash brown. It is very very good, but they changed the cheese they use for the sandwich to their breakfast special to cheddar (I assume cheaper and they use less) even though it says 'cheese', not a specific cheese. I asked for American cheese and the owner said I had to pay .50 cents more to get American cheese. I am already paying for cheese. Why do I have to pay more for the cheese you used to use on the sandwich?? Needless to say I am not going back. You are supposed to make your customers happy. She does everything not to do that. This restaurant truly excels in providing outstanding service, affordable prices, and exceptional quality, making it a top-notch culinary destination.
