I went here for the first time a few days ago, and I liked it, so I decided to go back again today.
Had a really long day at work, and I just wanted some lunch. I typically try to order quick so I don't take up employees' time, but this one employee, Javiér, was so nice! His friendly disposition and hospitality really made a difference in my comfort at the store.
I got a veggie sub with everything on it except for Swiss, and I was too nervous to ask for extra toppings, but he offered me everything in sight, which helped relieve ALL the anxiety I had. It was so nice to have an employee care about your order! i would have felt disappointed to leave Jersey Mike's without pickles, or banana peppers, and I got both of those, PLUS this really delicious hot sauce that I can't remember the name of it, but it is so delicious!
I asked Javiér what the hot sauce was, and he offered me a sample! It was SO GOOD!
Javiér really made my day today! Work was incredibly busy, and i was not in the mood to talk to anyone when I went into your store, but being able to have a very genuine and AWESOME interaction with an employee before I go home? Javiér needs a raise. He was so kind, and kindness is very important to spread. The very little that he did as an employee made the biggest difference to me, a customer. I hope he reads/hears about how he impacted my day.

(P.S.; I heard about this place when a friend gave me one of their DELICIOUS pre-wrapped chocolate chip cookies. I honestly come here just to get the cookies, but I would feel bad just getting that alone, so i went ahead and got a sandwich too. 🥰 The cookies are A1!!! 🔥 SO FIRE! Chips Ahoy, who? Read moreThe only good experience was paying at the register. This staff member was polite and friendly. The staff member making the the sandwiches, pretended to being an idiot. Customer service was not in his training. After finishing the last Customers sandwiches, he walked past me waiting at the ordering station and started making some more sandwiches. Only Customer in the store were my grandson and myself. After waiting and watching him ignored us, I asked him if he was making sandwiches for walk-in Customers. He says what, and I repeat the sentence. He now says, he has to get a few more out. I proceeded to leave and he asks us what did we want to order. I ordered a" regular roast beef, mikes way" and a " giant Italian, mikes way" . Do you know, he made another sandwich, not mine and asked for my order again. He then tries to make our order and asks four more times, which is giant and which was regular. My grandson walks away, because this staff member treated us, so poorly.
