TONI AND HER TEAM ARE TRULY UNMATCHED!!!! THE MOST UP TO PAR IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, EFFICIENCY & SPEED!!!
I've been to just about every Starbucks in Rockville. However, NOTHING beats the customer service, cleanliness and attentiveness of the FALLSGROVE location!
The morning team Toni, Zai, Messi, Andrea, Aretha & Avi have literally grown to be instant faves of mine! It's like each and everyone of them truly takes their time getting to know you as you frequent this location. All in their own unique way, you can tell the formation that Toni has created for this team is TEAM WIDE! Being a wife of the military Toni's strength in her daily Hussle truly inspires me and I'm sure the community as well!!
I've been to plenty of Starbucks in the area where the managers see the line getting long & show no care of urgency, towards the long morning rush hour (manager Monica, Rockville Pike location(will edit with exact location name later)).
However FALLSGROVE! EVERYBODY DOES THEIR PART! From Barista to Manager! The dining area is ALWAYS cleaned, tidy and provides for than enough seating! The food cabinet is always stocked and if they don't have it, it will not be on display for "just looks"! This team truly goes out of their way to make morning decision tasty and truly helps your taste buds when you are in sight of a new drink! After less than a week of going to the FALLSGROVE location most knew my name and drink order! Now it's at a point where my drink is made before I order (of course confirmed first!)
I JUST LOOOOOOOVE IT & THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION! Truly they all have made some of my roughest days a bit brighter, with a smile, a greeting and an extra hot drink!!!

Read moreWill not go to this store again !!!!!! I have been in this store for more than 15 years. Spent $ thousands on this store or more. Today I felt I was treated disrespectfully by their team member and the store manager. I did not know they had a 2-hour refill policy. I think the barista picked me up; maybe I am Asian. Also, the same guy messed up my order and refill this week (e.g. made the refill smaller even though I requested it within 2 hours).
The manager first did not say anything when I asked if I could refill, and they seemed to agree. I was there in the morning around 11 am and did the refill at 2 pm. I was also at the outdoor seating, not away from the store. The manager gave me the refilled coffee and used the chance to give me a lesson in person. She said she does not remember seeing me earlier today. I told her she can look at my cup. Actually, the manager made me the first purchase, and the iced coffee tasted like water!!! Then she told me the 2-hour policy. They can just refuse and say no when I ask. This way I felt not too good since a lot of people around me all heard what she told me. This is the worst Starbucks coffee I've had (still tasted like water) and will be the last one.
If I know the store did not welcome the refill. They should post the rules on the window. If the team still uses this way and picks some soft guys to enforce the policy, i think this is not an efficient way. I will...
Read moreI usually don’t have a problem with this location but today was different. I was waiting for my order by the side and just watching the orders getting prepared. All I got for my drink was an iced water, so it’s easily visible to see when it is getting prepped. I saw the barista girl today literally get my water ready, look at my name and made a face because she couldn’t pronounce it, then just put it on the table and went to the next drink. I thought this was very disrespectful so I just went to go get my order and walked out. She was calling every other order but just because my name was a “bit” more difficult, she did not even try to call it so she just left it there and forgot about it.
