Subway — Restaurant in Rockville

I lived across the street for a few years and went here regularly since it's so close.

I'd call this place mediocre at best. The staff are generally unfriendly, and occasionally straight up rude. There's one lady they sometimes have as the only person on staff who hardly speaks English. I know when she makes my sandwiches, I have to expect my order completely wrong because she doesn't understand anything I say. One of the women there even tries to overcharge me for what's supposed to be a $5 footlong, and gets irritated when I remind her. There is one male employee who's pretty cool though, since I'm a regular he remembers me and what I usually order.

My first time ordering online at this location, just got back from picking up daughter for 4 day weekend from college. We were hungry so I said let's try Subway I have a online coupon. It is 845pm when ordered. Upon arrival to the store I was greeted by the attendant who by the way looked to be alone. Well anyways the only reason only a 4 star review is I ordered 3 subs , 2 of which where hot subs and asked for toasted bread and was correct. The other sub was a cold sub requested not toasted but it was. All subs where ready and freshly made, bread was still warm when I got back home. The meats and veggies where nice. Been a while since I arrived to this location, usually the staff is friendly, today we were waiting patiently for the person who was prepping some online order to help us with our orders. We only saw her . Kinda disappointed not even a hi or please be patience. Since we have limited time we left without even buying food. I’m not sure if she wanted to help or or pretend of not seeing us. She probably was annoyed not having another person to help her. I’m trying to be bias on this. I did not see her call anyone.
