This location specifically is HORRIBLE. I'd give this location ZERO stars if I could. My husband and I went to this location today and when we got to the drive-thru the lady asked what we wanted and we initially asked for Mexican Pizza and they were OUT. (This is probably the 3rd time we have been told they were out). So I proceeded to place our order. After every item she kept saying "ANYTHING ELSE" I told her SIX times that I'm not done ordering. I asked for customization in my order and she suggested some different item, I POLITELY said "No thank you" and I said can you repeat my order to make sure I have everything. She did and I asked if she got my custom order right she said yes pull up to the window. When we got to the window the lady taking our payment didn't even acknowledge us. I asked her to please put mild and hot sauce packets in our bag. She said ok. When she was returning our card she didn't even look at us. First she handed my husband the WRONG order. Then she took it back and gave us our order. I was checking all our items because this LOCATION is NOTORIOUS for messing up orders. When I was checking she came back to the window opened the window and told us to pull forward because we were running her time and there was a line behind us. I told her you didn't put any sauce packets in our bag she turns to grab some and starts cursing us out to her coworkers while the window was open and we heard everything. We were very disrespected. I will NEVER go back to this location and I'll make sure all our family and friends know as well to AVOID this location. I can't believe they have such disrespectful employees. This isn't the first time I've had such horrible experience at this location. This seems like an okay location, my reason for the Lowell score is because they screw up your orders if you order online. I ordered a Cheez-It crunchwrap and got a regular one. Picked it up and I went home I guess you really have to pull over right there in the parking lot and dissect your food to make sure you got the right stuff but it's kind of hard when you have burritos and other things that are wrapped up You don't know until you take a bite so I can't really take this thing back. Just wasted money luckily it's like maybe a dollar or two whatever the difference between the Cheez-It version and the original. Disappointing when you order something online and I got a couple other things for people in the household they customize their order because they give you that option online and those came screwed up as well. So I would just caution if you want to order something off the menu and you need to customize it the staff here doesn't seem to read orders. Also you might not get what you order. With fast food becoming more expensive and service getting worse and worse I think I've hit my breaking point and just I'm not going to eat the stuff anymore and I probably shunt I am unhealthy I am fat It's not good for me and maybe this is the kick I need knowing they're just going to screw it up anyway so it's not worth wasting money on it. Read moreI'm not usually one to leave reviews but feel obligated to speak up this time as my recent experience was not pleasant.
I waited in the drive-through line, placed my order, and waited some more until it was finally my turn at the window. I made it all the way home, sat down to eat, and realized I was given an entirely different order (of lesser value). So, I got back in my car, drove back to the location, and went inside to get my order corrected. I must have waited at least 25+ minutes before being helped as there was a line of people either trying to get THEIR incorrect order fixed or waiting to pick up to-go orders.
Finally I speak with someone, showed them my receipt, and they took it to the back along with the incorrect order of food (I assumed to inspect it). Several minutes later they returned with (only) my correct order.
While I appreciate them finally fixing it, the quality of service was severely lacking from start to finish.
I don't expect much, but when customers are inconvenienced like this, it's nice to show them you care by either comping part of the meal, letting them keep the incorrect food they were given in addition to fixing it, or by hustling to expedite a resolution to let them know you're actively trying to make the situation right.
As if all this wasn't enough, I finally got a chance to eat my meal over an hour after my initial visit, and the quality was just NOT there. Some items were "okay", but others were a joke, like the quesadilla, which had almost nothing in it and ended up being a $5.50 tortilla.
This was by far the worst experience I've had at this chain, which is unfortunate since this location USED to be decent. I'll probably think twice...
