Responding back to my previous review.

I tried to call but y’all don’t pick up your phone. On that note, you stated in the last review that “she already told you to take them off and get a new set but you didn’t want and end up with a new fill” is a false statement. I requested a powder set and asked for her suggestion on should I get a whole new POWDER set or get a gel fill (That’s my bad for asking the nail tech for her suggestion). And she suggested a fill. Maybe Bc it’s a easier job or whatever. Still doesn’t explain why my nails are falling off within the same week I get them done by y’all and you guys are charging me to redo it. So don’t try to make up stories as to why my nails aren’t done properly you guys service is terrible and I should have read y’all reviews upon arrival. Then you stated “She already fixed without charging on Friday.” Which is another false statement because my nails where Lifting up from the cuticle. She in fact didn’t fill anything in all she did was use nail glue to hold it down. This was the worse service I’ve experienced and I get my nails done often and no where within a week should most of my nails come off. You need to do a better job of providing service and stop trying to justify yourself on this google review. Providing all these false statements regarding your mistake. It’s finally been a week Sunday and I only have my thumbs left....

I don’t regularly get my nails done but I have been getting my nails done for almost 25 years. Sis came here and said she had a good experience, so I made an appointment, but the lady she had wasn’t in, so I just asked for a comparable person.

Things I Did Not Enjoy: She started a 5 min timer (for my pedicure massage) and made sure to tell me she was starting a timer, but then proceeded to do something else for a solid 30 seconds. I wouldn’t have been counting the minutes, but if you’re going to put a timer on, then please don’t try to skim the customer. She didn’t file any of my toes of fingers, so although I asked for square, some of my nails were square and some rounded. She was a tad condescending and kept telling me how I had no toe nails for a thick French style- If there was no nail, why did you charge me $50? I was undecided between a gel manicure or dip powder but I told her I’m rough with my hands and she said gel would last 2-3 weeks for me. The photo I’m attaching is literally 24 hours later. She tried to upsell me with a pedicure and tell me a gel pedicure was “only $16” more and I kept telling her no thank you.

I really wanted to love this place but I’m pretty upset I shelled out $130 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure and I could’ve done...

I went to the salon because it had great reviews. I do not understand how anyone can rate this place five stars. I went on a Sunday morning and there were three technicians there that were available. They gave me an older woman who was extremely slow!! She took almost 2 hours to do a fill. Every single nail has a bump in a weird place, is crooked, she cut me terribly on the side of my finger, my nails are completely square when I asked for a coffin shape, and they are very thick and different sizes. If I complained, I would’ve had to complain about everything so I just wanted to get out of there and consider it a lesson learned.. The place did not seem clean at all and was very worn, cluttered, and uncomfortable. They also charged me more than they quoted...
