Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Rockwood

On a normal day I love this pizza place it has been one of my top 5 choices since we moved in , however they apparently have been hit by the service personal shortage lately as well . Last night we ordered pizza for delivery on their app at 6:38 pm everything seemed fine just waited for our dinner to arrive didn't really pay attention to time but 7:50 comes along so I check the order tracker on the app it states pickup order was ready at 6:50 pm ?? So confused I called the store to check on my delivery they state on phone they dont have a delivery order for us , they have a pickup order ??? Again confused because when the wife placed the delivery order online and left tip on there it was accepted and charged to our card so not understanding what happened and why our dinner sat there for an hour at this point on they're heating station why didn't I get a call saying "hey we got your pizzas sitting here" . But after I called I was put on the line with the manager who tells me oh we've had this happen quite a bit the app turns off delivery or kicks it back to pick up status because we're short delivery driver.....again shouldn't the customer be made aware for delivery orders if this is the case ? She offered to remake them but then charge us an additional $5.29 for delivery charge and it would be another hour before we got our dinner ...she did remake them and it was ready in 15 minutes which I had to drive up to get them I do appreciate that on her part , but I could've done without the snippy attitude but in the other hand I get it , people are pains in the butt. I'd still say hit Marcos up if your looking for a good pizza they have one of the best bacons used on...

The so called general manager which did not want to tell me his name.He lacked respect for their customers. He also lack self control and disrespectful tactics to handle customers. He also lack the courtesy to rectify their wrong doings.... I ordered a few days back and the pizzas had a certain tast not like before my daughter said the same. I called and spoke to tge gentleman that made the pizza which he said he is the manager. He apologized and ask if he can remake it but i told him that i lived far so he said that they would replace the order when i like and apologized again took my namw and number. Today i called in that pizza and the so called general manager was very rude was actually saying i need to calm down like if i was a child. I was not raising my voice he asked me a question and i was telling him what happened and he went off. Tgen he said I WILL NOT REMAKE THIS ORDER AND YIU CAN TAKE UOUR...

They dropped the ball tonight. I had dough instead of pizza.

You could have just sent the dough and topping and I would have cooked it myself, it's in the oven for another 25 mins to 30 mins at 325 right.

Ordered from here a great few times. Always been stellar, that's why they got a 4 star from me. Keep your standards up Marcos, you're usually an excellent pizza joint. So I chose the highest one, 25%. My dude, the delivery driver. I've seen you 8 times in 4 months. Always, always take care of you. Tonight, total $41.81, I gave him an exact $40. I technically tipped him $7 instead of $8, learn from this my dude. You got greedy, bud. I might be officially done ordering from this...
