I really was looking forward to their food. However, after placing my order via GrubHub my food never arrived. I then called 5 times and no one picked up the phone and there was no voicemail message. Then GrubHub called Chi Burger and also received no response. So GrubHub canceled my order.

From Chi Burger I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich w/fries. The fries are crinkle cut and we’re so dry and flavorless they were like eating cardboard. Frozen brand name fries would have been much better. The sandwich was dry and tasted like it had been cooked and then breaded and cooked again. I love salt but it was so salty I could not eat it.
