Hello Sushi Sky Thai — Restaurant in Rogers Park Township

Stay away from this restaurant. They do not care about the food quality and do not care about their customers. We ordered take-out and noted items missing. When we called, they said they didn't care and wouldn't do anything about it. When we later noticed improperly cooked food, we called back and they reiterated their stance that this was just 'too bad' and we were on our own. So disappointed in this establishment as we have had good food and service from them in the past. I guess if there are any errors in service (such as missing items or miscooked food), they don't care. Guessing this review won't matter to them either, since food quality and customer service dont really seem to...

I've only gotten take away twice so my review is based on that. Although, they do provide very friendly service while I've waited. I's always a nice touch when I'm brought a glass of water while waiting!

The noodle dishes I have tried are better than the sushi. I wasn't blown away by the spicy tuna. The portions for the noodle dishes are decent and the flavor is wonderful. I used to order from here all the time and loved it but the last time ai ordered the food was disgusting. Chicken wasn't fully cooked. Found bugs in the food. I don't know if they moved locations but the food didn't taste like how it normally does. It was honestly the worst thai food I ever had. Probably ordered it two weeks ago and it was great. I don't understand what happened but it was so disgusting I won't be ordering...
