Arby's — Restaurant in Rogers

I went for lunch the other day. The store had people in it, but wasn't super busy. The cashiers greeted me when I came in, but I wasn't ready to order (waiting on my dad to park and come inside), so they just told me to let them know.

Once we were ready to place our order, the cashier helped us quickly and politely let me know that my side item (fried Mac n cheese bites) was going to be delayed because they were making a fresh batch.

After placing our order, we only had to wait maybe for a minute before the main parts of our meal were out, and the cashier said that she would bring the side when it was ready. The food was hot and fresh, and the shake was cool and refreshing. It was really good and made me wish that I had ordered more; not that the portion sizes were too small, but rather because it was really good and I have a tendency to overeat when something...

With everything going on, we went through the drive-thru. There were four people in the vehicle, including a toddler. The whole experience was rather smooth...

Just kidding.. It was a mess.

We didn't know what we wanted before we drove up to the speaker because the menu was not provided before then. We explained that to the person taking the order and began to speak when we were ready to order; however, when we spoke to the person taking the order we were very clear with what we wanted. The person we were speaking to was very confused. We ordered a meal and two children's meals along with an extra side of jalapeno poppers.

We were at the drive speaker for 8 minutes. Literally..

It was such a painful experience. I don't know that I will ever stop at an Arby's in a random...

Seriously disappointing, removed favorite items from menu no ham or potato cakes wont be patronizing any Arby's until they bring the staples back.

Quality has gone down hill. very disappointing recently, placed order by drive through , person taking the order was inattentive and spoke like they didnt want to take our full order cutting us off at each step. Everything from the fryer was heavily saturated with the cooking oil couldn't even eat the potato cakes, sweet potato fries were burned very disappointing. Filled out survey but no response.
