Review is from 02/09/2024 - editing to remove photos of employees. We all know their parking lot is a nightmare, which is not their fault or problem. However, today there was a little girl in the drive-thru who thought I wasn't paying attention and tried to fly in front of me in line, almost hitting my car. I continued in line, in my spot, as this little girl rolled down her window to yell to her friend (Trin? is what I heard this girl yell, I'm not sure if that's short for something) who is an employee, who came outside. The girl in the drive thru yelled to the employee that I was trying to cut her off. I was shocked that an employee was coming out to "help" her friend who just almost hit my car. I somehow found myself explaining to two teenagers that I was in line far longer than this little girl, and I wasn't going to let her go in front of me just because she's friends with an employee. The employee told ME not to hit her friend's car. Her friend who kept inching forward from the side. I got up to the window (to get my mobile order I placed 15 minutes prior when I first got in line), and there's Trin, who's immediately talking to me about who said what outside. I asked to talk to a manager and this employee responded with "for what?". I asked several more times to talk to a manger, as I could see several other girls standing behind her, watching. I told Trin that I wanted to talk to a manager about her lack of professionalism, she started to argue with me until one of the girls who was standing behind her the whole time, took two steps forward and just stood there. I asked her if she was a manager and she just shook her head yes. She had been watching the whole interaction with no intervention. Her name tag read Caitlynn. Trin never moved as I began to explain to Caitlynn that it was unprofessional for Trin to come outside to her friends side, and intervene in a situation she wasn't involved in nor responsible for as a barista. Caitlynn didn't say a word; Trin continued to argue saying this other girl wasn't her friend, she was someone she went to high school with. When I asked Trin if her name was Trin, she quickly covered up and then removed her name tag, and told me she wasn't going to tell me her name. Then, Caitlynn turned around and had removed her name tag as well. I asked Caitlynn why she removed her name tag, as a manager; she then pretended to search her person for her name tag like she didn't realize she had just taken it off. Once both realized I started to record them (I know I know, but since the manager was acting like a child, I had no choice) then Trin changed her tune and told me that she talked to her friend after I continued to the window, and her friend admitted that I was in line first. All of that, for Trin to now admit her friend was in the wrong. I told Caitlynn that as a manager, she should have stopped Trin immediately from trying to argue, and handled the situation like a professional, like a manager. Her response was "I don't know both sides of the story, but I see where both of you are coming from"; rather than apologizing to the customer and advising she'd deal with it, and send me on my way. I told Caitlynn that it's not Trin's job to go into the parking lot and asked her if the situation involved two angry men, if Trin would've done the same thing. Caitlynn said "oh yeah you're right". 🙄 Are there any adults that work in that store? Or anyone with appropriate work ethic, responsibility or professionalism?

I really enjoy coming to this location at Starbucks. It is the closest to my house. Everyone there is always so kind and inviting. The atmosphere is really nice. I do wish, however that when they remodeled this location, they had left more space for tables and relaxation while drinking your drink. 99% of the time my drinks are tasting wonderful and the food I order is fresh and warm. This location is also very clean and so are the bathrooms.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this was disappointing. I stopped here earlier for breakfast with no issues. (8:34am) A couple hours later I came back after work (11am-ish) and asked for a water, but the workers laughed!? and told me I had to buy something first. Even after I explained I’d just been there, they ignored me. I left feeling embarrassed and hurt.

I am fuming. I had the most rude experience here. Usually I have a great experience here but this morning I was shocked at how rude this woman was to me. first when I pulled through the drive through she was rushing me when I asked for a minute to decide and had a lot of sass when me and my friend were ordering. My friend was ordering a peach tea infusion, and the woman asked what kind of tea she wanted and my friend got really confused, I laughed AT MY FRIEND. My friend realized what the woman meant and out of no where she snapped “I CAN SEE YOU, YOU KNOW. WHATS SO FUNNY?!?” And I was shocked, at how snappy she was. So we pull up to the window and she goes “real funny huh?” And slams the window in my face when I was trying to explain I wasn’t laughing at her and she basically threw our things at us and was very rude. I’m shocked and I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location because of this awful service. I have learned her name is Nancy so I will be talking to a manager. This is a grown woman acting like a child....

Went through drive through which was at least a 5 minute wait. No biggie. I order and multiple times I said I’d like the spicy falafel wrap. I saw one on the screen and two almond dips on the screen so I figured maybe she was entering it in or was having some tech issue but understood I wanted two. My first mistake was assuming she heard me even though she repeated back twice yeah uh huh. My second mistake was tipping. My 3 rd mistake was not checking the bag before I drove away from the window. I checked before u got too far and noticed only 1 wrap and two dips.

I go inside and explain what happened I’m told they will have one right out for me. 5+ minutes later I finally get one. I explain to their person who handed it to me why this is an issue and how my other one sitting in the car was probably now cold. I mean it’s only 4 degrees out.

Her solution to that was we can make you a new one and I said who knows how long that would take and her answer was yeah sorry we are really busy.

Never again will I go to...
