Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Rogers

On May 25th, 2023 I ordered 3 cheese tater tots on the Dominos app. When I arrived for pickup there was a Dominos delivery driver in a maroon older SUV that arrived right after myself (had no yet turned my car off to go in). That was driving very fast and carelessly through the parking lot (tires screeching) with music at a extremely high volume. A male exited wearing a Dominos uniform that looked extremely dirty and left the music on blast why he went in to collect another delivery. When he returned to his vehicle with his next delivery in hand he tossed it into the back of his SUV jumped in the driver's seat and left speeding across the parking lot (exactly the same way he had pulled in) . I retrieved my order brought it home opened it up and was extremely disappointed with the very few tater tots and burnt cheese, with very little cheese also. I have ordered this in the past from other locations and none of them were as horribly made like the one from this location. I definitely won't return to this location again, I feel like this Dominos needs someone to come in and get things sorted out, like a manager needs to be aware of how the business is...

Really wanted a salad... My kiddo wanted pizza. Just spent all day in the ER with my fiance. We are hungry and tired. Our car isn't running well. I order pizza, pasta, salad and a two liter online.. Everything gets here fast and looks good EXCEPT.. I realize too late (after tipping the driver like $5) that the driver let without my dressing. It's not just a garden salad either, it's a chicken Caesar salad and we don't have any dressing here. Like none at all.. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT..

So, I call up there, explain the situation and the girl who answers says "hold on" and I'm assuming she makes whoever's in charge aware of this small, yet majorly inconvenient misktake and their solution is to credit my account for the dressing.. Like 60 cents. I tell her, "No.. I'm not even going to eat the salad now. Would you want a dry chicken no-Caesar salad?" To which she replies, "ummm, hold on let me see what I can do" and then she comes back on the line and agrees to credit my account for the salad. Which only means I'll have to patronize this place again.

Moral of the story: double check the order is...

Food usually slaps, i order from here often, AND usually delivery is sweet, helpful and kind. Today not so much. Didn’t get his name tag unfortunately but the dude was dirty blonde almost ginger, and a bit flamboyant(not that that matters) I came outside and down the stairs so he didn’t have to come up, and then told my name for my order and he responds with “Oh yea bad tip” I tipped 15% from what I paid on my order…I understand where living in a time of crisis where tips help, but I do no drive and used a discount from my rewards. I can even get being a dick, but in uniform act like your at work? I didn’t have to tip at all and usually I can throw a $5 tip. Tonight was just a quick dinner to get me through the day with a cheaper option for a couple of meals. Dude just ruined my appetite tbf. teach your employees manners please because your customer base should not be shamed for how much money we’re...
