Dunkin' — Restaurant in Rogers

The newness has definitely worn off. It started off great but the last few times I have gone, whether I go in or I go through drive thru, donuts have been a mess--no matter the flavor. The frosting is dripping, melting, and also ends up on the outside of the boxes/bag and on your cup. What a sticky mess! I can't bring that to share with others. Half the time, the hot coffee is great, the offer half, it's lukewarm and blah. Very disappointing when everyone was so excited to finally get a Dunkin around here! And for people not being able to dine inside, the counters have been pretty messy, as has the floor (napkins on the floor, coffee drips, straw wrappers, etc). In the midst of a pandemic, I would expect the cleanliness to be more of a priority. The staff also starts tearing down so early that it looks like they have literally no donuts left unless you know to ask and they'll check the back. I have been by a couple of times around 6 and even though they don't close until 8, it looks completely sold out and the tea is usually gone by then and they don't make any more. They should just...

I LOVE the frozen coffee with a caramel swirl. The first time I tried it, it was AMAZING! I only visit the Rogers location, and every time I order this drink, it tastes different. Usually it’s drinkable, but one time it tasted so bad, I had to chuck it in the garbage. Yesterday afternoon I stopped and my drink didn’t taste like coffee at all - it tasted like frozen caramel milk. I stopped again this morning, and it has a little hint of coffee flavor, but still isn’t right. Also, it seems to be hot or miss on wether I get a drink with whip cream on top or not. I don’t understand, as I always order the same way. Sometimes I get whip cream, and sometimes I don’t.

All that said, they women who I’ve dealt with at the store have always been very friendly and nice. They also move VERY quickly - even if there is a line it moves super quickly!

We ordered a dozen doughnuts, totaling $12.00, got to the window to pay and was told it was $18.00. While the girl at the window tried to correct the total, we opened the box to see 6 creme filled doughnuts without powdered sugar and looked "wet" (melted powdered sugar). The girl said, "that is just how they are". (Really? Who in this world has never had one of Dunkin Donuts delicious powder sugar coated, creme filled donuts?) We handed the box back to the girl to give us different doughnuts who then said she wasn't the one who boxed them. She took them away and came back a minute later and handed us our box back. She was less than pleasant about it. We opened the box up to see that all they did was take our doughnuts out, caked them with powdered sugar and put them back in the box. They were so thickly covered in sugar, they were inedible. We went from one extreme to another. Very...
