Our favorite Tyson as truckers. Lots of room for maneuvering, clear instructions from security on what to do and a good amount of parking for bobtails which is valuable in this area. Large drivers lounge with couch and chairs, a table with more chairs, tv set, vending machines of various types (some take plastic), laundry machines ($1.00 per load), rest rooms and a shower (one ineach rest room). Parking is right next to lounge and guard shack.
Don't trust the scale. The overall weight was correct, but the axles were off. It seemed high on the steers to me so we went to a CAT scale as soon as we left. It was around 500 lbs less on the CAT. I think it's because the scale is at the guard shack. You have to pull pretty far forward to talk to the gurard, but that also puts you forward on the scale at the same time. I'm pretty sure that's why it was showing overweight on the steers.

There is no parking on the premises, so they'll send you away. Make sure your Reefer has at least 3/4ths of gas, it will be seating for 5+ hours waiting to load. They might allow you to turn it off while it waits, ask before you leave. They will give you a sheet with a Dispatch number to call and an Order number ID. You can call to request updates while you wait, give it two hours between calls, but remember that your reefer will be there for at least 4 hours. You can send the information to your broker or dispatcher so they do the calling in your behalf.
Considering that the NorthWest Arkansas region is not very truck-friendly, I recommend you to look ahead for a spacious...
