Me and my husband decided to try Freddy’s for the first time ever and went through the drive thru. We were planning on ordering 2 combos, an extra sandwich, and an extra side of cheese curds. I typed the order out on my phone using the exact names and sizes from their own menu, so my husband wouldn’t miss anything.
We gave the order at the window twice. When the young woman repeated the order back for the third time my husband told her it was correct, but I knew it still wasn’t right.
We get to the window and ask the young lady working to repeat back the order, and as I suspected, it was still messed up. So we go over the order 2 more times, and she’s still confused and not getting it right.
The young lady said she was going to get her manager. We go over the order with the manager twice and she also cannot figure it out. My husband and I just looked at each other confused because we did not understand where the confusion was coming from, and why it was so hard to place an order for 2 combos, an extra sandwich, and an extra side of cheese curds. It’s not like we were asking for substitutions or a special off menu item or something. This is 2 meals with sides and drinks, a sandwich, and a side. After the manager started to repeat the order back incorrectly a third time, we just drove away.
I think it’s safe to say if it takes 7+ times to try and place an order at an establishment, the rest of the experience is going to be a disaster.
Looking at the reviews from the past couple of days it seems like frustrating experiences haven’t been out of the norm. I will not return to this particular Freddy’s location, but I do look forward to trying Freddy’s at another location with (hopefully) a more...

Ordered a number one with a diet Dr Pepper, pulled up to the window paid for my meal proceeded to wait 6 minutes until the employee told me that they were out of diet Dr Pepper and would I like something else I said sure how about a Diet Mountain Dew.... 4 minutes later they proceeded to tell me that they were out of diet Mountain Dew and overheard the supervisor/manager I'm not quite sure give them regular Mountain Dew he'll never know this the difference. Right there is an extremely bad red flag!! I told them that's okay I'll just take my money back which I gave him $11 in cash, the manager/supervisor was so agitated spent another 4 minutes doing a refund and essentially jabbed it into my face in disgust instead of saying I'm sorry or is there any way we can make this right. I will not be returning to this Freddy's ever!!! I will not recommend this Freddy's to anyone!!!! But I will let people know my experience at this...

The place was dirty we stood at the counter for 5 minutes before the girl even acknowledged us, we placed our order I asked for sauce she said they were out went to get ice and they were out of that also many people after me told them they were out of ice also but again no one did anything about it. We got our food the burger was extremely salty but the fries were good. As we were eating multiple cust came in as the order was messed up and the employee she had a dear in headlights look to her.
