As a 8 year juicy tails addict I can truely say I was disappointed:(. I will forever still be a juicy tails fan however I will not be ordering from the location again. It seems my only negative reviews came when I ate from the Rogerâs location. The customer service and employees were great. It was the crab legs. I LOVE my crab legs and take my crab leg eating addiction VERY seriously. When I go to the Fayetteville location they always have this thick sauce and thereâs always thick seasoning from the boil sitting at the bottom of my bag for my to scoop out with my potatoes and legs. The Rogerâs location didnât really have any seasoning it was just watery so while they were still edible it just wasnât worth the price increase:( unless I wouldâve went to Fayetteville which I will next time. Then I was also a little confused why my order was so expensive but bc I DDNT eat in the restaurant and ordered for pickup. I DDNT really question it bc wellâŚ. I believe I get what I pay for and I trusted them to leave no room for flavor disappointment. Well it made sense when I opened my bag. They threw in things I didnât ask for and charged me for it so that also didnât leave me very happy :(. I STILL RECOMMEND JUICY TAILS OF Kracken ANY DAY. Now when it comes to the location? I recommend making the trip to Fayetteville for your experience. They thick flavor NEVER disappoints. I only recommend Rogerâs if your looking for possibly over paying for what you didnât order, watery boil sauce, oh yes and I found a hair or something...
Read moreSo I went to the Fayetteville location and ordered lunch for my wife and I. All went well with placing my order. I went outside to wait on my order since the weather is really pleasant today. After a few minutes, I re-entered the restaurant to receive my order if it was ready. Upon my entry, I could hear coughing in the bar area where the workers receive t go orders. While waiting for my order, an employee behind the bar persists to cough. Her cough became bad enough that she squatted behind the bar. A person, whom I assume is the owner or manager spoke to her very softly. The employee continued to cough without control if it. Her mask would not remain over her face as she either needed to breath or take several drinks. I decided to leave and just forgo my order, that was already paid for. When she gathered paper towels to wipe sweat from her forehead. I wondered if she had a fever. H Not sure if she was sick or not. But in tiday's environment one can never be safe enough. Either $20 lost or COVID spared, I am not certain. It was worth it t lesco since the manager/owner didn't care enough to retire the person t the back of the restaurant. Her primary focus was to continue train the person on how to operate the...
Read moreWent yesterday for lunch with my wife and 4 month old. We ordered an appetizer of gator bites. Very small portion and pieces for that amount of money. Also we ordered crawfish and a burger. I received my crawfish and was half done eating it before my wife ever got her burger. The crawfish tasted like it was seasoned after being boiled. And my wife's burger had no seasoning. She got cajun fries which were also awful. They tasted lile someone just poured dry rub on them. Thank goodness for mustard and ketchup. Also we were charged for the corn and potatoes in the crawfish. Which is crazy. Should come with it.
To top all of that off. We asked about a changing table for our baby and the server said they did not have one. But we could change her on a table in the area where no one was sitting. Because they use those papers on the table so it would be easy to clean up. We were disgusted and were ready to leave. I left with the baby to the car and my wife stayed to pay. She waited 5 minutes to get the check and one to go drink. After paying waited again to get change. It was terrible all around. Never refilled the beverages. Did ask once how things were.
Terrible place. Will not...
