Absolutely the worse experience in my life. Purchased two mattress's on Jan. 5th. Promised delivery on Feb. 3rd. On Feb. 2 was told unable to deliver because of weather. Rescheduled for Feb 17th, Confirmed delivery two days prior, Gave a delivery window of between 11 and 2. AT 2, get a call saying can not deliver because of weather. There is no weather to impede delivery. They simply don't have their act together. They say there are no manufacturing problems, but if every time there is a "weather delay" why do they bump it out two weeks, and keep everyone else's schedule in place. Called the customer service hot line, guy was not customer oriented at ALL. Wanted to charge me for a new air chamber and for a technician to come install it.
