My daughter and I went to this McDs on Saturday, 12/3 around 1:30. There was no one “manning” the register so we used the kiosk. Upon beginning our order a few more families came in and someone began working a register. So I wasn’t sure where in the line we were for food because I wasn’t sure who’s food went in first. No big deal to us.
The kiosk indicated we were to take a seat, table number and they would bring out our food. We waited. And waited. And waited some more. After 20 minutes I see that many families have come and gone so I go around the corner to the front counter to see our food, very cold, sitting on the counter. I talk to the nearest employee and explain how the kiosk indicated it was going to be brought to our table. She gave a deer in headlights look and agreed to remake the food. I was very grateful. I thought no big deal. They’re helping fix it and it’s all fine.
Keep in mind we’ve now been there 25+ minutes. They made me wait OVER 20 minutes to get our food remade. We had originally ordered a bacon quarter pounder with cheese meal (large) and a chicken nugget meal (large). Our food finally comes out. Whew. I sit down and we rush to eat as it had not been our plan to be at McDs for an hour.
I take a couple bites of my burger to discover it’s not even cooked. I have pictures and will include them if able. I should clarify I counted 8 employees behind the counter working not including a very absent/not visible manager and likely a first window drive-thru person. They were not short staffed. I asked for a manager and a very unkempt guy on his way out the door (for reasons unknown) came over and saw me holding the burger. Without asking or looking at it he knew it was undercooked. He said “is it raw? Yeah that happens all the time.” 😳
While I’m waiting for my third burger, I’m watching and really looking around. The restaurant is filthy. Behind the counter is filthy. The employees are watching the football game on their phones. I take a pic. I was very patient. Never yelled or raised my voice. The only reason I asked for our food to be remade the first time was due to their kiosk saying it would be brought out. I was so upset because it felt pretty deliberate they gave me undercooked meat. I don’t know why people are so cruel they would try to cause me medical harm by serving me raw food.
The last burger was fine. But the manager did not care which is why his staff didn’t either. They were all young kids except the manager. I don’t blame young kids. I blame management not bothering to care enough about their establishment to even clean it or care about customers. I saw several people wait to even be acknowledged while I waited for food the third time while staff watched the game on their phone. I saw other people’s food get cold because they also ordered off the kiosk. I could understand if they were understaffed but they weren’t. And they were not busy enough to warrant such a poor experience.
I ended up calling corporate and asked for a call back....

Person at the window said nothing the whole time, gave us our items and shut the window. Yet, we didnt receive all of our items and it took my laying on my horn to ask for the drink that was ours sitting on the counter. Pulled into a spot to verify the order after that and found we were missing our sausage patties for our meal. Went inside and stood at the counter for a few minutes before being noticed by staff. Inside was dirty and chaotic. Drive thru staff was yelling at everyone and managers didnt seem to communicate well with food prep staff. Got the sausage and were on our way. Got down the road and one of the Big Macs was assembled incorrectly... bun,bun, meat, meat, bun. Had to pull over and fix it for the kid. Totally left me feeling like the place was incompetent and glad its not my local restaurant. Will not...

I asked if we could be served. This lady says no we only are doing digital. I said I don’t use machines and I said can you serve us and take our order. She flat out said no. I asked for a mgr. Some kid comes out. I asked to be served he said no. I responded with do your refusing to serve us he said yup. Then I asked for store number, his name and corporate/office info he gave me franchise number but refused to give first name and store number. Pathetic customer service. Way to drop the ball.
