Pal's Sudden Service — Restaurant in Rogersville

I didn't care for the Dr enuf or the peachie tea, but that's of course my own personal taste. I ate a hot dog and that was really good. Boyfriend enjoyed his food and didn't mind the drinks.....haha he was left with two large drinks to drink.

The lady at the order window was super nice and helpful since it was our first time there.

The building is pretty near, just hate the drink cup I saw in pictures wasn't in the building. It was on the ground fenced off at the dumpster. Hopefully it'll end up being fixed.

If I'm ever in the area again I'd definitely love to try more of their...

This review is not about the food or service of 99% of the crew. It is a very bad review of one lone person working the window. My dog always hangs out the window to receive his treat most all employees freely give. Tonight the “girl” at the window would t turn around to look at us. The other staff asked her to give him a treat and she said no. She proceeded to hand us the food and I told her to give him a treat. She was not happy at all about it. What’s the deal? Pals is great. I love everything on their menu. I love their tea. Their chipped ham sandwiches are the best. My son loves to get their milkshakes. Next time you're there I recommend trying a peachy Mello Yello... They also offer to disinfect your card after payment. They're always quick and accurate with orders. My dog even loves going there because they keep dog treats at the window. My only complaint is that they only give 1 or 2 packets of Ketchup per order, even if you've got 4 or 5 french fries on...
