Chatch Thai Restaurant — Restaurant in Rogue River

So for context, I've been to Thailand, worked in hospitality most of my life and have eaten Thai food in places like New York and Los Angeles. This place deserves everyone of those 5 stars and more. The service is very attentive, polite and welcoming, the dining area has limited space but there's also patio seating to accommodate if you have a party of 6 or more. The food... What can I say this is one of those places where you will eat even if you're full. Have you ever tasted food so good that your taste buds tell your full stomach to shut up and take it? No? Chatch is the place for that experience.

I ordered an entree and ordered another, I wasn't even hungry, I just wanted to taste again what I had just finished eating, I usually share my food with whoever wants to try a bite, not here, MINE! Grrr, get your own. The Green Curry is one of the best I've ever had, it was 105° and I ordered a spicy hot bowl of curry, the place could be in fire and I would suffer the burns until my plate or bowl was clean. If you're still reading at this point WHY!!?? You should be driving to Rogue River and ordering anything but my green curry, it's MINE and I don't wanna share.

Everything else is amazing too, between me and my dinner guest we had 4 plates of food and left no crumbs, I should have ordered more to go, because here I am taking about it and still full I want more.

Stop reading and just go get some, don't like Thai food? GROW UP! Try something new, it's delicious, if you don't like it you should probably see somebody about that broken mouth of yours. It's Devine, if aliens landed and demanded a fine meal or the earth would be destroyed, I would trust Chatch with the fate of the world.

The chicken pad Thai is the best I've ever had. My family all agree with me on that. The service was very kind, and very fast. It did not take any more than 10 minutes maximum for my "to go" order to be made. And that was with a couple other people ordering at the same time as me. As always, if you like sweet drinks you must try the Thai iced tea... you'll never look at plain iced tea the same again. I'm so glad there is a restaurant like this in rogue river. Years ago our only options were one of two pizza places and that got old so fast...5 stars for food, five stars for service. 4 stars for atmosphere, the dining room is very minimalist. I got the stir fried Basil with beef at a level 2 spiciness, it wasn't too spicy! The bamboo shoots had a great texture and the jasmine rice combined with the entire dish was delicious, easy to eat and tasted homely. The beans were an unexpected flavor but really tied the dish together! The rice soaked up the sauce nicely and eating the bell peppers with the beef was a good flavor profile.
