OMG...every place was closed on the last holiday of the summer BUT NOT Paisono's Kitchen! My husband and I drove from Grants Pass to Rogue River remembering a friend had mentioned Paisona's. We have never experienced a more pleasant surprise a more delicious meal anywhere in Oregon! The service was personal, as if a friend was setting our table. The food fresh, as in made that day or the cheese the day before. Fresh tomatoes and greens in what is a true salad. My husband, an Italian has not tasted such food since he lived back east. It was an orgasmic treat. No fake fillers, all organic. Small and quaint but true to food as it should be. We did not want to leave. we ordered desert for the first time EVER and we were not disappointed. Our belly's full, we drove home slowly with a smile on our faces sure to return again and to those we love we shall share this most old tyme pleasant experience. Thank you to the Family run restaurant and take out. We were more than pleased. Thank you, thank you!!!!! Will never find the words to express how...

I’m Italian and learned to cook from my grandmother back in the ole country therefor I’m a tough grader . I was hesitant to go there due to it looked to be a deli and not a restaurant. But it had good reviews so I brought over famiglia I came to visit . Now one thing that Italian restaurants in the USA get wrong is the Alfredo sauce! Back home it’s just butter, pecorino, and some pasta water that’s it . Here in the USA they make it into a gravy like thick glob. But I expected it therefore I proceeded with ordering and the food was solid . It was better than I expected tbh Better than Olive Garden definitely lol . It’s a good place especially for its location. The Chianti we had was good . A few suggestions would be to go easy on the sauce with the lasagna ravioli etc and throw some pecorino into the dishes. I would go back and try...

The restaurant is beautiful and has a fancy environment that makes you feel like its going to be a good experience. However the food doesn't meet the value of the prices. I ended up paying $43 for two pasta to go boxes... it was $7 extra for chicken in one box and $7 extra for veggies in the other pasta box. There wasn't very much chicken in the whole pasta box, and the veggies in the other pasta box were under cooked. The green beans were still tough and the the broccoli wasn't cooked all the way either. I would not recommend paying an extra $7 each for chicken or veggies. All in all, I was disappointed in the price to compensation ratio. No offense, good people and nice atmosphere, but at the end of the day, I go to restaurants to...

I love this place, it is small and quaint. I visit every time I'm in Grants Pass. They have a great variety of home made Italian fare and desserts which are always fresh and delicious. Today was a specially awesome day! I had a long day, but when I got there I was greeted by Erica, who was very friendly and kind. She gave me the lowdown on specials and what she recommends. Service was super, the meal amazing and I even purchased some marinara and my favorite dessert to take home with me. It's very popular with the locals, they have both lunch and dinner specials and a good selection of soft drinks, as well both beer and wine. Buon appetito!

Stopped in here for lunch on a lark (and on a recommendation from family local to the area) and boy am I glad I did! I ordered the basil pesto pasta dish with chicken added and it's was absolutely delicious and fresh. You could tell the pesto was fresh and homemade, the garlic bread was on point too. At one point I overheard the owner telling some other guests about the family photos on the wall and it sounded like this family friendly restaurant has some great roots. You won't be disappointed coming here, can't wait to return. 😋

For such a small Mom & Pop restaurant, they knock it out of the park. The food is genuinely Italian and so delicious! I had the chicken ravioli. They serve bread (tastes like homemade) and olive oil with Balsamic vinegar as a starter at no cost. My friend had the eggplant parmesan which was also excellent. We chose to sit at one of the tables outside because of the lovely weather. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be going back!
