I order the Bacado sandwich on ciabatta which is an additional cost over the default croissant, but only because they put more of all the goodness which goes between the buns.
I was skeptical of a breakfast sandwich using basil pesto sauce... Isn't that reserved for pasta? My skepticism was blown away at first bite. Where has this been all my life?
Candied bacon, avocado, basil pesto sauce, cheese, tomato and egg on a flawlessly toasted ciabatta roll which retained a soft interior with a mildly crisp exterior makes for what my nephew exclaimed is,"The best breakfast sandwich I've ever tasted." $13 for a Colorado omelette with missing chorizo and sausage when that was the selling point and no sides. Assuming unless you are getting a breakfast sandwich, this is not the place to go for breakfast. My wife got a Spanish omelette which was also missing chorizo.
Lunch was better (but still overpriced). The Cobb salad was excellent but the sandwiches are tiny for the price.
