Rainbow Garden — Restaurant in Rolesville

So this was my first time eating here, was recommended by someone in the area. I ordered my food inside. My order came to $21.47. I paid using 25 00 in cash. The young girl at the counter gave me my change and I stuffed it in my pocket and walked back to my car. I realized that my change was short when I went into a store to purchase some drinks. Normally it wouldn't have been a big deal but I left my wallet at home but the money I had in my car was enough to get my food and with my change some drinks from the store. I returned to pick up my order and told her that my change was short a dollar. Boyyy, was that a huge mistake. She instantly got rude and defensive, ultimately calling me a liar. She insisted that she gave me back the right amount which was $3.53. She then started to speak in her native language to the others, I'm assuming are her parents. The man came over and just told her to give me the dollar. I left but am extremely unsatisfied with the service. I felt stereotyped and made to be a liar over a mistake that she made. I will never eat nor reccomend this place, I am quite done with these groups of people on particular. I really wish that us Americans didn't spend our money with them. We ordered dinner as you can see, for myself, my husband and our 2 kids. We normally go elsewhere but tonight we wanted to try this place. I will never order here ever again, everything was REFRIED AND NOT FRESH. Egg rolls are never this fried, they’re always a lighter brown and you can tell the veggies inside were extra soggy. He told me I had to return the food if I didn’t like it in order to get a refund but I already split the food amongst our family in separate plates, he also hung up on me before I was done with my sentence. as I was eating I noticed how oily everything was. Went there on today7/22/2016, I've been many times before. Ordered 2 orders of fried chicken wings and french fries. Man at register turned his nose up and frowned everytime I said something. Nevertheless I continued my order, paid and asked if my french fries could be cooked soft and not hard. After asking this he turned his nose up again and have a very nasty attitude. I asked him was it a problem and he got very upset and rude. I asked for a refund because I refuse to eat at a restaurant when the customer service sucks! After asking for a refund before he gave me my money back he yelled "GO GO" waving his had for me to exit the restaurant. I proudly took my money back and went elsewhere.
