If I could leave ZERO stars I would. The new shaded screens on the drive thru window make it so that I as a customer cannot see in and the employee took my card to process payment then shut the windows and took a few minutes to do that. What was he doing with my card that whole time when I couldn’t even see? Then we get our shake and it’s not even full, and the kid handed back my card with the shake and napkins and a straw all in one hand almost dropping my card and making it hard to get my items without dropping everything. I went inside and showed them the shake that’s not full, then they said would remake it after looking at me like I was crazy for expecting it to be full. The girl that helped me was leaning on the counter on her phone when I went in and her “remake” was the same as the original. Then to make matters worse when my son started to eat his shake, there was a hair in the shake. I went BACK in again (after my son already had to go in himself to get a straw because they had taken it out with the first remake then never gave us another one,) and asked for a refund. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the wrongs done here. She just walked away with the shake and said nothing leaving me awkwardly standing here wondering what was happening. A waste of 20 minutes total of my time. Will not be returning to this location, clearly not well managed and there is zero customer service...
Read moreThe last five times I have come to this Sonic my fries are cold even eating them pulling off the lot. My sandwich has been wrong three of the last five time, I order a double bacon cheeseburger no mayo, no pickle, with mustard, ketchup, lettuce, tomato, extra onion. The either forget my lettuce and tomato or put mayo and pickle on my food. They read my order back so I know they have taken the order correct so some where between the order taker and the grill my order gets messed up. I am very disappointed in this location they used to stand head and shoulders above the competition in Rolesville, I don'y mind paying thirty to forty dollars for the meal for my family but when I can go to Hardees or McDonalds and they get my order correct most of the time I am beginning to feel my order does not matter at this Sonic, I have gotten tired of calling and coming back for my order to be fixed. Read moreWas at this Sonic tonight after the fireworks. And I have say it was not a very satisfying visit. I understand & expected them to be a little busy after such an event. But for a "fast food" restaurant we should not have had to wait long for 2 burgers, some chicken tenders & 3 drinks. It was more than 30 minutes before someone even came to check on us to see if we had ordered, & over 45 minutes before we received our food. There appeared to be ~4-5 staff on hand, so to be sure enough to provide quicker service. Since we were already there & wanted ice cream, I pushed the red button again to order. I waited, & waited & waited, but no one ever came on to take our order. It was so long that the press of the red button timed out & "press the red button" appeared on the screen again. Totally disgusted with our visit we left I'm hoping this is just a one time occurrence for this establishment. But I don't intend on returning...
