The WORST place to ever spend your money. So to break this down I took my family there because it was my daughter's 16th birthday and this was her choice of places to go 2 years running and just to let you know it snowed last year pretty deep on her birthday and we promised this year we would take her...DAMN! It did not snow this year. I now look at is as a sign from the GODS last year. With that being said let me proceed. When we arrived we were asked how many when I said 5 I was asked and I quote "is it ok if I sit you at 4 top?" (giggle) I told her ok as long as there was plenty of room I do NOT want to be cramped. (giggle giggle) she put us at a 4top with a chair on the end (still trying to giggle) Barely any room but whatever it was my daughter's birthday so I would just grin and bear it. The TV's in there were so loud (I kid you not) we were screaming at each other to talk and to confirm this when the waitress came to our table she was ditzy as all get out but she asked me a question I could not hear her and I said "I'm sorry I can't hear you" she then screamed "I can't hear you either" How in the world are you supposed to expect them to get your order right if they can't hear the customer. She got our drinks and we were ready to order but she set the drinks down quickly and said i will be back the manager is holding a meeting in the back......SO WHAT! I am the customer and any restaurant I have ever worked at you never choose boss over customer that is bad ethics if this company demands or expects it from their staff. I was a little miffed having to wait another 10 min to order. But, again daughter's birthday and all. I ordered a hamburger well done and the family ordered we had hot wings, a bleu cheese burger, chicken strips, pulled pork. So an array of things. First off I have no clue why I was concerned with the burger being well done It is a FROZEN PATTY you know like the ones you can buy at Wal-Mart in the box for $17.00.. Cardboard no flavor and might be pink goo...that kind. So no flavor, dry, tough, and horrible. The wings I was told were edible but just mostly hot and couldn't taste the flavor. By the way she wasn't asked if she wanted celery sticks or given them. We asked for them when a manager came around. So crap food and BLARING TV's I was getting well angry no giggles I am getting livid in fact just trying to stay calm for the family. But when the manager came around greeting people I thought ifI don't say anything how are they going to know. Well, they will never know as the manager seemed alarmed and startled like a deer in the head lights when I kindly screamed to her the problems she asked how was the meal and how was our visit so I told her the TV's are so loud I felt like I was in a bus station and Captain Mumbles was trying to direct me to the right terminal. Felt confused, agitated, and mostly disappointed for my family and the experience. She told me well the TV's have to be that loud corporate dictates that. I told her that would be fine if it were full but there were 12 tables at that time. Trust! we could hear. Told her we would NEVER be back EVER and if I could I would let people know. She looked at me stunned and said yeah a couple of ladies came in earlier this week and said it was too loud and left...OKAY so not just me you would think they would do something about that. I work with College kids and most of them don't go either because it is loud and expensive for regular hole in the wall tavern food.
Anyway to say the least if you are looking for GOOD not even excellent food for your money Don't go. honestly Applebee's has better food half the price bigger portions and it isn't loud. Not to mention it if it is your birthday they at least offer a dessert to the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe ate dinner here on Sep 27, 2025 and had a pretty bad experience. We arrived at 6:30pm, starving and ready to eat. There was some open tables here and there and once we got seated, our server was friendly and helpful and took our order. But then we waited, and waited, and waited, and everyone around us were waiting as well.
After 20-30 minutes, the server started apologizing about how long it was taking. As we started looking around, I noticed that there was a steady stream of people coming in and getting to-go orders. We were starting to get frustrated but wanted to be patient with our server, as the people sitting behind us were really mad and it was a little uncomfortable and we didn't want to make our server feel bad.
At 7:45pm, we asked to speak with a manager, who told us they had been flooded with to-go orders and assured us they were going to make our food as soon as possible and that we would be getting a discount. At this point, a table of 10 ladies sitting right by us decided to leave instead of waiting any longer.
Finally, just before 8pm (~1 hour 20 minutes after ordering), we finally received our food.
Fortunately, the food was good, as usual, but after we finished eating, we sat waiting to get the check. Finally, the waiter came by with our "pre-discount" check and said he thought we were getting a $10 discount, so then we were waiting again to get the discounted check. Probably waited another 10 minutes until he finally came back with a $5 discount on our ticket (which was originally $38 before the discount).
At this point, I was obviously very frustrated, but we had our daughter with us who was just ready to go, so decided not to confront the manager and just left.
After observing the whole situation, what I think happened was they did indeed receive a bunch of to-go orders, but instead of being proactive and either shutting off the online store or warning people coming in to eat and proactively dealing with the people in the restaurant, the manager just decided to do nothing and hope for the best.
We do like the food here, but we definitely got a bad taste in our mouth from this experience. I would recommend if you go here and you are waiting awhile for your food, be proactive about asking if your food is actually...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings on my birthday to redeem their special offer of 6 free wings, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish.
As I entered, I was instantly impressed by the ambiance. The atmosphere was lively yet relaxed, with a cool, chill vibe. The space was filled with numerous big screens showing different sports games, which really added to the dynamic energy of the place. It was the perfect setting to celebrate.
Shortly after I was seated, I was greeted by a waitress named Reese, who made the experience even better. She was exceptionally polite, friendly, and had a warm smile on her face throughout our interaction. I explained that it was my birthday and that I wanted to claim the 6-wing birthday offer. She promptly asked for my membership details, which I shared with her.
What truly stood out about Reese was her attentiveness and professionalism. She took the time to customize my order exactly the way I wanted, making sure every detail was just right. Her communication skills were excellent, and she genuinely understood what the customer neededāshe made me feel valued and appreciated.
Within about 7 minutes, my wings arrivedācoated in my favorite Garlic Parmesan sauce. And wow⦠just wow! The wings were absolutely to die for. They were juicy, packed with flavor, and had the perfect glaze that made every bite mouthwatering. The Garlic Parmesan sauce had the right balance of richness and tang, making it one of the best wing experiences Iāve had.
Overall, this birthday visit to Bdubs exceeded my expectations. Great service, fantastic food, and an inviting atmosphere made it a celebration to remember. Big shoutout to Reese and the entire team for making my day specialāIāll...
