In the area and had a few services done. The place is clean and comfortable. And easy to make appointments.

Massage: I had an hour massage by Laura. I filled out a form to explain what was hurting/tight. She explained what she would do. She started a little light but then did firm massage like I like. I wish she worked on my shoulders more as that was where i had my most tension. My mom had a half hour massage by Laura. She really helped her release her frozen shoulder. She said she really liked it and will go back when she needs it.

Waxing: I had a wax "done there" by Elizabeth. The room is clean and Elizabeth is very professional. She used strip wax and was quick and came out very clean. I would for sure come back to her again.

Mani and pedi: Both my Mom and I had a manicure and pedicure. It was very nice and relaxing. We started with the mani. After cleaning up the nails they do a nice scrub and hot towel wrap. Then they massage the forearm while the towel is still on. After that they do lotion and massage your hand. Thankfully Elizabeth had me use the hand dryer before doing the pedicure. Laura didn't have my Mom use the dryer and hers ended up "wrinkling" alittle after getting in the car. The pedicure was nice. They clean your nails. Then they clean up the bottom of your feet. I live about 45 min away so I called prior to coming in to make sure they carried Jane Iredale. The lady on the phone was very nice and I was excited to find a distributor close to me. When I got there the vibe was very different then I expected from the phone conversation. The staff was rude and acted very annoyed when I came in to purchase makeup. I know times are weird due to COVID so I asked if I was allowed to color match myself or if I needed to wait for a staff member. My question wasn't answered but I was told a staff member would be with me by grouchy staff member #1. Then another irritated employee told me I would be waiting a while.
