Smoothie King — Restaurant in Rolla

I love this place and I come here almost daily. All of the ladies in here are so nice and always happy to see me and greet me when I come in. I came in on a Friday and I wanted to do the five dollar Friday 32 ounce smoothie but for some reason it wouldn’t work through the app. When I come in, I’m always on my way to work so I don’t carry cash or a card which is why I use the app. I want to give a shout out to Abby! I love Smoothie King and was thrilled when the Rolla, MO location reopened. Today I was very disappointed. I ordered 3 smoothies through the app - 20 oz, 32 oz and 40 oz. When I was handed the final smoothie, I explained that one was supposed to be 40 oz. I was told it was 40 oz even though it was the exact same size as the 32 oz. The boy working was adamant that it was a 40 oz and said it just looked like a 32 oz even when I held them up side by side. Stopped into to try it out and was amazed at the level of cleanliness, service and quality of product. Went through the drive through and was not sure what I really wanted to try due to the menu being huge. The female that helped me telling me that we could do a trail by air to see what tasted the best and that we would figure out which smoothie would be perfect for me. She was so friendly and patient!
