Overcharges on Drinks with Combos
Everytime you go here and order a combo, they automatically give you a large (BoSized) drink even if you don't ask for it and they charge you $.99 for it. I have complained about this to the people here at Bojangles and online to corporate and nothing changes. Today, I went there only because it is closest to where I was at the time and the woman asked me if I wanted a medium or large when I ordered my combo. I said medium size. When I drove up to pay, she handed me a large drink. I told her I didn't order a large drink and had asked for medium and she stated that the large drink was included in the combo, yet when I received my receipt she had charged me $.99 for the drink.
Can you image how much money they SCAM from customers daily by automatically charging $.99 for every drink that is with a combo meal?
This is a horrible policy and should be changed and reported. I will not order from here again. They are taking advantage of every customer that...

I just moved to this side of town and this bojangles is horrible but itās the only place that sells fries in the am and thatās what my toddler wants. The food is always horrible at this location and I donāt like the attitudes. They donāt even allow you to say your order without cutting you off.. I also asked for condiments and her response was ānot right here, at the window onlyā or something like that but was that necessary? Her tone was rude and it threw me off. Just put the mustard in the bag omg! Other restaurants get upset when you donāt ask at the intercom. I canāt keep up with all the rules. UPDATE!!!!!!!!!

When we realized the mistake and explained that was our last stop on a 10 hour drive, and that we were now almost in Alabama, they said they wouldnt do anything unless we came back to the store to remedy the situation.
