Jazzy Hot Wings Etc — Restaurant in Rome

Wings were excellent. We tried four different flavors and honestly, I'm not sure which was which, but it didn't seem to slow us down. Even with gobs of sauce, they were extra crispy. One of the flavors we ordered was hot and maybe it was mild, at best. Perhaps we received mild by mistake. If you are craving wings, I highly recommend you visit. Service can be a tad slow as they may be understaffed at times, but your patience will pay off. Didn't try the Cajun food.

Update: Visited again. Didn't realize they were open. Most of the lights were off. Had the wings with lemon pepper, buffalo garlic herb and medium sauces. All were excellent. Medium had no heat, much like the hot, but still very tasty. Call order in ahead of time since it can take 40+ minutes to prepare the food.

Update: took an HOUR to get wings. Other people came in, ordered and had their wings in 30 minutes. It's not really worth the wait and I've adjusted my...

I am such a picky eater, especially when it comes to shrimp and wings……..so, I am so lucky to live within reasonable driving time of Jazzy Wings. There is much more on the menu besides shrimp and wings……..but this is what I am stuck on. Natalie and her son, Taylor are from Louisiana…..they know food. They are kind and caring people…….and I have always found Jazzy to be clean and really squared away. Plenty of parking…..easy in and out. It’s a great low stress place to eat. Taylor makes…….maybe the best wings I’ve ever had…….same with the shrimp…….it’s never over or under seasoned….the shrimp are never over or under either……..everything Anne and I have had has been perfect. I drive past many restaurants to get to Jazzy Wings……it’s been worth it. Thank you, Natalie, Taylor and the wonderful...

Absolutely terrible experience. My family went on a Saturday night & it took 3 hours to get our food. We ordered beer & it took nearly an hour to get that. Our server did not have a permit to pour & we witnessed other staff pressuring him to serve anyway. When we finally got our food, it was lukewarm. Some of it appeared to have been microwaved. The flavor was mediocre at best. Honestly, it all tasted like frozen food from your local grocer. At times, you could hear people screaming in the kitchen.
