Placed an order on the app for curbside pickup, got there and tapped "I'm here" and waited 15mins after my scheduled time for the food. Had to send my husband in to go check on it as 3 other people pulled in after us but got their food and left before we did. After getting the food, I should have doubled checked it, so that is on me but when we got home I was missing my chicken sandwich. Very frustrating to not only wait longer than expected but then to drive home and realize your missing food. Called the store and was placed on hold for 7mins before I was able to talk to anyone. The manager seemed sorry and I told her my husband was on his way back to get our sandwich to which she said to ask for her and he will get the sandwich and some coupons. She tried to make it right but it is the fact of the matter that now the rest of our food will be cold and the fact that we had to drive back out there to get our food when it should have been right in the first place. Employees need to take their time and ensure orders are complete and accurate before sending them out. It seems to be an issue at this location with either orders wrong or missing items. Read moreIm a fan of culvers food but I dont know what it is with this location only they always short on the custard as if it comes out of the employees paychecks or something but the concrete mixers are never filled and they are so stingy with the add in's and tonight was the last time! I ordered a large mixer with oreo, brownie pieces, and paid $1.10 extra for pecans the cup was filled 3/4 with vanilla and i had nothing but oreo minus 2 tiny pieces of brownie and NO pecans i drove back wasting double my gas just so I can get a refund stayed polite and professional about the situation and its no big deal to them basically a shrug of the shoulders! Im sorry but when a customer is paying nearly $10 for a cup of ice cream they should get what they're paying for but never do at this spot at least I dont! On top of that even though I had my mind set on a refund and wasnt looking for any freebies you think they would at least offer to remake it correctly or offer to replace it for no charge but nope just "sorry about that" cause my time gas and inconvenience doesn't matter at all so ill just pay for your mistakes and stingyness out of my pocket no thanks not anymore if I wanted a oreo mcflurry I would've just went...

I received cheese on my burger when I asked for it without, called back and immediately received an answer and was told I could either have a free value basket voucher sent directly to my house or I could come back at my convenience and receive the correct order free of charge. I chose the second option and upon arrival and ordering, the general assistant manager Tony knew exactly what was wrong with my previous order and he wasn’t even the one I spoke to on the phone. He not only offered a large fry as opposed to the regular size one I had paid for, he also offered a concrete mixer in replacement of my drink and he even made it a large. When I got my correct order the food was fresh as always and everything was in place just as I ordered. I always have great customer experiences at every single Culver’s but this staff from the owner to managers, cashiers, cooks and so on all go above and beyond...
