Honestly, I don’t do a lot of reviews at all. This may actually be my first. SMH. But sometimes it’s just necessary. I understand having to ask for my ID although I’m almost 40, but it’s the energy and way in which you communicate with people that makes the difference. That stern it is what is is attitude isn’t necessary. Definitely going to grab the ID. I get it. But Not only was the bartender Caesar rude from the beginning, he only got worse when confronted. After I run back out to my truck to get my ID I then ask for a menu so I can order. He hands me a menu that didn’t seem to have many, if any drink options at all. I ask “is this everything” he answers yes. That’s the menu. After looking over and over the menu and realizing this can’t be the only menu I finally ask him “do you have a larger selection or menu for drinks” His response, “oh, yes, here is the other menu” then grabs the menu and slides it on the counter without a word. So when he comes back I was like “hey, what’s the deal, I ask you for a menu you give me a food only menu, I ask if that was it and you said yes. Only for me to have to ask again for another menu. Then he says “well, you ask for a food menu. No sir, I didn’t . And I also went back to grab my ID for you so I could order alcohol. Why wouldn’t you offer both menus from the beginning? “Well there is your menu. I’m like wow man, you are a trip. He then says “well if you want someone else to serve you I can make that happen” I’m like, “definitely” He then grabs Felicia who was suppose to be his manager or leader. Now I understand why he acts the way he does. I will never step foot in this establishment again. Thanks for one of the worse Customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The fact that it got worse with the manager clarifies everything. Well, after reading all the other reviews, at least they don’t seem to...
Read moreThis was one of the worst locations I have ever been too. Myself, husband, daughter and son, decided to go there for dinner to celebrate my son's 13th birthday. My daughter talked to them about singing to him, because we had just had a bad experience at a gaming place. She said they would sing.
We ordered , an appetizer, 3 burgers and a chicken sandwich. We ate our nachos and were waiting for the food. Our drinks were empty and the server came to all about refills that never came. My husband and I could see food being put up in the window, so thought we'd be getting it soon.
Well after watching 4 servers and 2 managers reach over the tray of food repeatedly, look at the ticket and set it back on the food, stand in front of the window with their backs to the food, and then 20 minutes later, they try to delivery it to the table. I told the server to take it back and please send the manager over.
The manager didn't understand why we wanted to send it back, and she knew how long it had been there. She had looked at the ticket a minimum of 3 times and still let the food sit there. The food was no longer to temp, was cross contaminated by being touched so much. The food was no longer good to be served and the manager still tried to send it. She offered to female the food, but with a very bad attitude. After that we left. I refused to wait for more food or to give the place a chance to retaliate by messing with our food.
Never again will I visit this location. The awful food practices alone will make sure I don't eat here. I hope corporate does something about this, because customers should never be served food that sits in a window that long. I would've been happier with fresh hot food with my appetizer, than for my food to "die" in the window. Worked in to many restaurants and kitchens to let food standards...
Read moreSince they had a special every Monday and Wednesday in may where you can get all you can eat boneless wings for $20, and we love BWW, it was a no brainer. We waited around 10 min to be seated. The curly red hair girl was talking to a customer about stuff unrelated to the restaurant or the food industry at all for a good amount time. Another staff member came by and joined the conversation while we are still waiting. The customer was leaving btw so they were just chatting because why not. So finally we are told it is open seating. Once we got in the dining room, there were many tables that were not cleaned from previous customers. We found a hidden booth for two in the back that was cleaned from garbage but not wiped. The server came by and wiped it and then disappeared for 10 min. Then we ordered drinks and an appetizer. We get our fried pickles, that we absolutely delicious, in 10 min, but we are still waiting on our cocktails. We finished the pickles and finally our drinks arrived. Then we ordered. 15 more minutes and a food runner brought our wings. Our server nowhere to be found. We finished our first order of wings and got a second one. Another food runner brings the new order. Our server then comes and asks if we want more food or another cocktail. If we need to wait that long, no thank you. So after we were done, we just got our check which also took forever and left. The restaurant was very dirty inside and food was all over the floor. In need of more staff that...
