went in with my aunt to look for birthday treats. She grabbed 3 cupcakes from the fridge as they were put out for the public to buy and the employee working complained about how many she was taking (even though there is NO sign limiting how many cupcakes you can take or that you need to call in advance to take more than 1) Went on to tell her “well now I have to make more” ….. i don’t understand why that comment would have been made?? NO PATIO AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE September 2020 (Corona epidemic), Ice cream is GREAT but the customer service is HORRIBLE. There was a table and chairs inside so I asked if it was possible to sit down. The employee went to ask another employee which then that employee went to ask another employee. Finally the third employee came and said, sorry that table and chairs should not be down. There is no seating. I replied by saying, that's okay but I cannot believe your store don't even have a patio. As I was walking up to the door, a worker locked the door right in my face. It was 8:20pm... the store closes at 9pm. I'd just finished dinner next door so I knew what time to go for ice cream. When I called inside and inquired were they open until 9, the worker's response was "Yes, we usually are but today we had poor sales so we closed early" Soooo you locked a paying customer out because you didnt have enough sales earlier today?? Ridiculous! Horrible customer service to lock the door as you see a customer approaching. I should have been serviced then he could have locked the doors when no one else was attempting to enter.
