Did I order wet, cold, chicken tacos with 60% sour cream that was under cooked and un-edible, no. I wanted a steak chalupe supreme with no sour cream but instead with spicy ranch. Unfortunately I got it with extra extra extra sour cream, a touch of spicy ranch for an extra .80 cents and maybe 2-3 pieces of steak. I'm not sure what is going on here but this is not cool, professional, or safe to eat. I feel like people must have been food poisoned by eating at this Taco Bell in Romeoville on Weber. I could hardly eat any of it. I had to spit out more of it than I was able to eat. I called to complain and asked for a manager. Someone said they were the manager but would not tell me there name. They tried to make excuses for their lack of cooking skills and lack of knowledge of how to make / prepare the foods. The "manager" tried provoking me to come back and you can tell it would have been nothing but a conflict and waste of time. I'm going to call corporate and the real manager or higher up until this is resolved. I dealt with 2 people. The person that took my order and my payment at the window Latin looking perhaps Mexican. He was on point with the customer service. Answered my questions, helpful, polite. Genuinely did a good job and made sure the customer was taken care of. Then the phone call with the "manager" that wouldn't tell me his name. He was African USA American 100%. No way was this person an actual manager. I hope corporate and people go back and listen to the phone calls and then consider someone else to answer the phones and deal with customers in a more professional manner. Especially when the person calling called because they worried about under cooked, un-edible food, that was in no fashion safe to eat nor was the presentation of the product even acceptable for consumption.

This one is bad. At least 3 times in the last 8 months. I was instructed that the restaurant is down because of the Internet. During dinner hours. Their awful app doesn’t tell you that it’s closed and you can’t get a refund from them either. Once again (7/29), 7pm on a Thursday night, no signs, no lights on, just empty. Line around the building wanting to order.

I don’t even want to leave one star. Ordered over $60 of food then handed out the food for my son and daughter and they was next to no meat in these tacos

Horrible Manager! I usually get great service at this location. The only special request that I ask for everytime is a lot of fire sauce, which should not even be considered an extra or a freebie. Whenever I go through the drive thru the crew always accommodates me with as much sauce as I need. To avoid having to encounter a crew member who would give me a hard time for extra sauce, I started to go into the restaurant and order because the sauces are self serve. Today I stood at the register and waited for someone as it was not manned and nobody was there to greet or take an order. Then I see the manager walking to the drive thru window. He mumbles something without even looking at me or saying hi. So i assumed he was not talking to me. He then instructs a crew member to take my order. After receiving my order I went over to the sauces to get my fire sauce. Today the fire sauce was almost out and needed restocking. I take the few packets that were left and I politely say "excuse me" and attempt to ask the manager who was the only person within hearing distance if he could refill the fire sauce container as it is empty. The dude doesn't even make eye contact nor does he acknowledge my request. After a few seconds he arrogantly asks "whats that?". So I repeated myself. Then without a reply he reaches in a huge box full of fire sauce and hands me like 4 packets. That was not enough for me so I asked "may i have some more please", as he is walking away. Arrogantly he asks again "whats that?". So I repeated my request. He then reaches in the box and hands me like 4 more packets. I can already tell this guy is horrible at customer service and absolutely rude. So I politely ask if he can give me a handful. Again he reaches in the box and hands me 4 packets and proceeds to walk away. Attempting to not have a confrontation I politely tell him "bro i just spent almost $30 on my order can i get some more fire sauce". To which he again doesn't respond, gives me a blank stare and aggressively reaches into the box again and this time hands me a heaping and unnecessarily large amount of packets. He obviously was irritated and busy and wanted to show me his aggression by shoving a ridiculously large amount into my hands. I said thanks and that i didn't need THAT much and I took what was needed and left the rest on the counter and walk out before I lost my cool. Then i get home and notice that the 2 sides of taco beef i ordered were not the right size. He gave me small sauce containers half filled with taco beef instead of the larger containers that are meant for sides. I am thoroughly dis-satisfied and very angry about the service that was provided. I need someones help to file a complaint and get my order...

Yo, Taco Bell, listen up, it's time to hear my voice, A vegetarian betrayed, now I gotta make some noise, Ordered without meat, but you messed up my plan, Slipped in that beef, now I'm taking a stand.

Taco Bell, you're playing with fire, Adding meat to my order, that's a situation dire, I'm vegetarian, you should've understood, Now I'm serving up a diss, and it won't be good.

I walked up to the counter, made my order real clear, "No meat, please!" I said, but you didn't hear, In the kitchen, you must've had a brain freeze, Because you served me beef instead of my veggies.

Taco Bell, you're playing with fire, Adding meat to my order, that's a situation dire, I'm vegetarian, you should've understood, Now I'm serving up a diss, and it won't be good.

I trusted you, Taco Bell, thought we had a connection, But you betrayed me with this meat injection, I'm all about that plant-based life, can't you see? Now I'm dissing you to set all vegetarians free.

You think it's a joke, Taco Bell, but this is real, Disrespecting vegetarians, it's a raw deal, You claim to offer options, but you're just pretending, Accidentally adding meat? No, that's offending.

Taco Bell, you're playing with fire, Adding meat to my order, that's a situation dire, I'm vegetarian, you should've understood, Now I'm serving up a diss, and it won't be good.

Taco Bell, let me give you some advice, Listen to your customers, don't roll the dice, Respect our choices, and get your act together, Because this diss track won't be the end, I'll go on forever.

So Taco Bell, this is the end of the line, You messed up my order, but I won't resign, Vegetarians unite, let's make some noise, Taco Bell, get it right, or face the...
