Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Romeoville

We made an online order through the Jersey Mike’s app that we never received. When we called the restaurant, we were repeatedly lied to about the whereabouts of our order. The first employee we talked to said that the issue was with DoorDash because they handle the deliveries. We were then transferred to a manager who repeated the same DoorDash lie and kept saying we don’t have any contact with their drivers. When we asked where our order was, the manager then told us that our order had never been completed. This is after telling us that it was a DoorDash issue. The manager then stated that we wait until approximately 5 minutes before DoorDash arrives to make the food. This is after they told us they have no contact with DoorDash. They just kept giving us the same ridiculous excuses and we never even got our food. Do yourself a favor and don’t even order anything from this restaurant. I...

Sandwiches are the same at all locations but its comes down to quality of employees they had 4 people behind the counter 2 teenagers who seemed to have no interest in doing anything a gentleman working the grill and a women running around. I entered got all the way to the counter without being greeted or acknowledged after a few minutes one of the teenagers mumbled something and i made my order went thru the sandwich process with no skill or precision just threw everything on it . Its sandwich making not rocket science you have a good product don't let bad employees ruin it for you . No prices on web phone number kept redirecting me to order online and hanging up 1 star and won’t go this place I hate places that bait you to comig in and don’t have prices displayed - that was my first review after visiting the place giving it another shot the staff won me over great people very polite and out going prices are comparable to competitors but the food is waaaayyyyy better forgot my drink and pickle called them came back the next day get hot sub got my pickle and drink still feel you lose customers for not having online prices but keep it up...
