By far the worst McDonalds experience Iâve ever had⌠I placed my order at 3:08pm 1 McDouble, 1 McChicken, 2 Cheese burgers, 10 piece nugget and a large fry. I paid and when I got to the second window they pulled me. There was another car pulled in front of me. 10 minutes pass and she brings me my âorderâ. This place is known for not getting your order correct and the bag was extremely light, so I asked her to wait a second and I checked the bag. Inside was a four piece nugget and a large fry. I informed her the order was wrong and gave her my receipt. She said they will remake it and bring it back out to me. Ok no problem. We wait⌠we wait⌠itâs 3:38 now and Iâm starting to get upset. She finally brings out our order I check the bag and they forgot our sauce for our nuggets. I asked her if we could get them she said she will be right back⌠we wait another 7 minutes⌠at this time cars are still going and out of the drive through getting their orders. When the line finally cleared I backed up to the window waving someone down as they legitimately forgot about us. The Manager Danielle comes to the window⌠she was not friendly at all. Blatantly rude as a matter of fact. Saying she put the sauce in the bag and was hoping I would finally look in the bag and figure that out. I informed her that that is not how you speak to a customer who is voicing their concerns⌠Iâm not asking for a refund nor asking for you to remake my now cold food. Iâm telling you why you and your team are failing. She slammed the window shut in my face and walked away. Me and my family will not be returning due to your lack of care. She was hoping I would just drive away⌠how long was Danielle and her team going to let me sit out there? how rude and disrespectful. I was scared to eat my food⌠the way she looked at me like I was the problem. Will never return. The whole team needs to be fired and they need to start fresh. I came here for breakfast last week they gave me a oatmeal full of water when I complained the lady handed me a packet of oats and told me to mix them in at home. I went through the drive through yesterday the lady at the drive through was so busy playing with her co-worker she messed up my order when I realized it and said something they told me I have to go back through the line but I didnât have time so I called and spoke to possibly the rudest manager in my lifetime names Juan he was no help but he put someone else on the phone after telling me they would replace the order if I came back the next day I went back today and was made to pay for the part of my order they messed up which I did with no problem but when I called back to speak to the manager Juan stood next to the person on the phone being extremely rude and refused to take the phone I wasnât looking for a meal replacement but wanted to speak to him about the customer service I was given and how I was upset about it I asked for the information on my receipt they took from me so I could leave a review he refused to give it back or give me the information I said I would be contacting corporate and he said so what nothing was going to happen how unprofessional I hope they check the cameras! the food and the service at this McDonaldâs is horrible!    Read moreWhat a disappointment! Worst McDonald's experience we have had. We had 4 mobile orders in the app. Arrived and put in our parking spot number as directed. After 20 minutes and many cars going through the drive through while we were the only curbside order, we asked at the drive through window about our order. After a bit an employee slowly walked to our car and gave us 4 bags and seemed to consider her job done. We asked about drinks and told them what drinks we had ordered. Chicken sandwiches were slightly burned, but barely warm. Fries were barely warm (had they been sitting there waiting for 20 minutes to be brought out to us? Waited another 7 minutes. Came out without diet drinks distinguished from regular and with one wrong drink. We told them. After waiting again we went to the drive through window to finally get the correct drink. We had our meals 2/3 eaten by the time we got the correct drinks and left - 34 minutes after arriving. We counted cars that were getting out of the drivethru while we sat there - 5. 5 lost customers, some after placing their orders, in 34 minutes. No apology from employees, no acknowledgement that anything was out of the ordinary. I understand there may be too few employees at this time, but then this needs to close and have the employees go to the nearest McDonald's to help them out. Not worth losing so many customers over poor service, whatever the reason. And there is no easy way to get employees' attention when you can't go into the restaurant.
